Please be advised that on or about July 19, 2013, we

When we did not hear back from Ms. [redacted], we sent her the next book in the Series, along with an invoice for it. Ms. [redacted] states that she returned this book (although we never received it back) and this is the subject of her complaint.   Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so upon receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, we immediately cleared her account so it now shows a $0 balance due. We also removed her name and address from our mailing list, and flagged Ms. [redacted]’s account as “Do not promote”. Ms. [redacted] will not receive any further solicitations, mailings, invoices, or statements from us again. We trust these actions bring this matter to a close. And we apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any inconvenience we may have caused her.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issues. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Sincerely, [redacted], Customer Service ManagerAmerican Master Products, Inc. d/b/a Jerry Baker###-###-####
