[redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:This letter is in response to the complaint forwarded to our
company on behalf of [redacted],...

[redacted], [redacted], ID 83714.Please be advised that on or about January 29, 2013, we
received a 21-Day Free Preview Certificate for one of our books from Ms. [redacted].
Our “Never Any Obligation To Buy Guarantee”, which is on the Certificate,
explained that if Ms. [redacted] decided to keep the book (by paying for it), she
may be invited, but never obligated to preview other books in the Jerry Baker
Home, Health, & Garden Series. We shipped and invoiced Ms. [redacted] for the
“Supermarket Super Gardens” book on or about February 8, 2013, and received Ms.
[redacted]’s payment on or about March 7, 2013.Since that time, we have sent Ms. [redacted] five different
invitations to preview the next book in the Series. In accordance with our
Guarantee, we shipped and invoiced Ms. [redacted] for the five books, three of
which she kept and sent in payment for, and one she returned. The fifth book
was shipped in August 2015 and this book is the subject of Ms. [redacted]’s
complaint.Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so upon
receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, we immediately cleared her account so it now
shows a $0 balance due. We also removed her name and address from our mailing
list, and flagged Ms. [redacted]’s account as “Do not promote”. Ms. [redacted] will not
receive any further solicitations, mailings, invoices, or statements from us
again. And she may keep the current book with our compliments. We trust these actions bring this matter to a close. And we
apologize to Ms. [redacted] and Ms.[redacted] for any inconvenience we may have caused them.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and
allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issues. If you have any further
questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.Sincerely,[redacted], Customer Service ManagerAmerican Master Products, Inc. d/b/a Jerry Baker###-###-####We trust these actions bring this matter to a close. And we

Re: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] – [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]:
This letter is in response to the complaint forwarded to our
company on behalf of [redacted]
We are sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] is not satisfied with
our proposed resolution of her complaint.
Please be advised, however, that according to our records,
we do not show that we ever received and/or cashed a check in August 2014 from
Ms. [redacted]. Simply put, we have no record of her August 2014 payment. If Ms.
[redacted] can produce either
a bank statement which shows the check was cashed or a copy of her cancelled
check, then we will be more than happy to issue her a refund.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and
allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issues. If you have any further questions
or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
[redacted] Customer Service Supervisor

[redacted], HI 96782.   Please be advised that on or about February 4, 2015, we received a 21-Day Free Preview Certificate for one of our books from Ms. [redacted]. Our “Never Any Obligation To Buy Guarantee”, which is on the Certificate, explained that if Ms. [redacted] decided to keep the book (by paying for it), she may be invited, but never obligated to preview other books in the Jerry Baker Health Series. We shipped and invoiced Ms. [redacted] for the “Healing Fixers, Mixers, & Elixirs” book on or about February 25, 2015, and received Ms. [redacted]’s payment on or about April 1, 2015.   Since that time, we have sent Ms. [redacted] two different invitations to preview the next book in the Series. In accordance with our Guarantee, we shipped and invoiced Ms. [redacted] for the two books, one of which she kept and sent in payment for. The second book was shipped in December 2015. Ms. [redacted] states that she returned this book (although we never received it back), and this book is the subject of her complaint.   Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so upon receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, we immediately cleared her account so it now shows a $0 balance due.
