My experience with Jesus Art U.S.Awas excellent, courteous, and prompt! NO problems and delivery of my items ordered was very prompt!

I did speak with the customer about her art, I asked her to check with the [redacted] to see if the package was there as her address was a PO Box, I also told her that I would see if they were returned to the store, they were not and I did not hear back from the customer so I assumed that she had received the packages I have not had a chance to check our emails in about weeks as we are in the process of finishing up the legalities of clearing my mother's estate as she has passed away and was the owner I will gladly ship out the pictures or refund the money, whichever the customer would like Please let her know I do apoligize for this lack of communication and I will do my best to resolver her complaint.Thanks!***

I placed an order for a print the first of June, It is now July 16, and I haven't received it I called and emailed multiple times with NO RESPONSE! They also debited my account for the purchase and I can't find anything out about my order The bank statement gives the 1-800-230-number I get a recorded message of her being ill and in the hospital for weeks She assures the customer orders are being shipped on time and to leave a phone number so she can return the call CRICKETS! NOTHING!

I apologize for the delay, the owner of the business passed away and we are trying to get everything taken care of The refund has been issues already

Will call the consumer, I have the print in the frame in stock and will send out on Monday.  There is no need to return the torn print.

Complaint #[redacted] is closed against JesusArtUSA.com  for $17.49 is closed.  I received the plaque in question Thursday, March 6, 2014.

Special order has come in and been sent to the customer.

Review: I placed an order with this company and have never received the product and have called everyday for 5 days now and have also emailed the several times and can't talk to anyone or leave a message. They took my money within 1 day from my bank account but yet they fail to provide any correspondence whatsoever and don't know where to begin in settling this. Thanks for ruling my mothers Mother's Day gift.Desired Settlement: Just want to get my money back since they still have the product and I have to rush out and buy another gift

Review: I ordered a painting. My credit card was charged but I never received any further information. Two weeks later I keep calling and emailing and no answer. She seems to have disappeared.

I alerted my credit card company for fraud. This is not a business, it is a scam.Desired Settlement: Complete and quick refund. I will not do business with this owner again and I will warn others.

Review: I ordered a print to be framed from their online store. I got no receipt. This was 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to contact them numerous times. Only 2 times have I even been able to leave voicemail and I get no response. I have also sent several emails that I have not gotten any response to. They charged my credit card immediately but no contact whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call explaining why I have not been contacted.

Review: I ordered 50 plus 5 by 7 pictures, 30 of one of a profile of Christ and 20 of a nativity of Christ on November 5, 2014. My credit card was charged shortly after in the amount of $173.75. I followed up repeatable and could never reach anyone by phone. Finally close to the end of the year I had a response to an email stating one of the items had been back ordered. That was the last I heard inspite of numerous calls and emails.Desired Settlement: I would still like to have the items as ordered. I wished to use them and Christmas presents last year, I will use them this year instead.

Review: Placed an order April 18, 2014. Have not received it as yet -- not a special order -- 2 8X10 pictures. Credit card charged almost immediately. Have tried several times contacting by email and phone number left on website ###-###-#### without any response from anyone at the company. Cannot leave message at this number.Desired Settlement: Very much would like to receive the merchandise. If not, then definitely a refund or upgrade of item because of the delay in delivery.
