Review: I ordered two prints on December 14 with a request that they be delivered quickly. My credit card was changed immediately but I have not received any acknowledgement, or product. My repeated requests for return phone calls have been ignored and now I cannot even leave a message on the phone number provided.Desired Settlement: I would like the products that I ordered - with proper communication and a tracking number for the products when they are shipped. If they will not ship within the next two weeks, I would like a refund. Either way, I need some communication from this company.

Review: I initially placed an order with this company and received the product within just a few days as promised. I was happy with it I reordered a second one. However I have not received it. I ordered it a month ago and have tried calling as well as emailing. There has been no response to emails and cannot leave a message. I have ben unable to talk to anyone about the delay, or how to get money back.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive the item in question..in a timely fashion, if not please refund the money. Also there should be a way to cvontact this company or it should stop doing online sales.

Review: On Nov. 27, 2013 I placed an order with Jesus Art USA for the purchase of a customer ordered canvas called "The Lost Sheep". My credit card was charged on 11-28-13 in the amount of $46.45. I have yet to recieve the purchased order even though it has already been charged to my card. I have sent them many e-mails concerning the delivery of this order and they told me it would take up to 6 weeks to get it. So far it has been 12 weeks since I had ordered this item with no response or notification of when I will receive it. I still have not recieved the order I placed and they have not responded back to me on when I may recieve it.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve this canvas that I ordered or at least have my credit card refunded. Thank You.

Review: We ordered an art print in October 2014. Our credit card was charged $52.95 on 10/3/14. We have not received the print yet and repeated attempts to contact them have failed - there has been no response to our inquiries by phone or email. We have tried to contact them multiple times by email and by phone. We have left both our email and phone numbers with them. We want the print or our money back. Review: I placed an order 7 weeks to wait for my order and its wrong and damaged... can never get a someone to answer the phone nor email you back, but they are very quick in charging your credit card..

I ordered the print frames and received it unframed and torn at the edge..

Review: I ordered,in January of 2014, 2 pictures from this company. I paid online with a credit card. I did not receive my order and had not been able to contact this company as they had only a recorded message stating that the owner was in the hospital and to be patient. When I was able to talk with a person she stated that the order had been sent via the [redacted]. She could not give me a tracking number which means the [redacted] can not track this order. I continue to be unable to reach this business to further discuss this problem. As of this date, I have not received these pictures and they have my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the pictures which have been lost somewhere with no way of finding them. If there is no way to replace them, I would like a credit sent to my credit card.

I did speak with the customer about her art, I asked her to check with the [redacted] to see if the package was there as her address was a PO Box, I also told her that I would see if they were returned to the store, they were not and I did not hear back from the customer so I assumed that she had received the packages. I have not had a chance to check our emails in about 2 weeks as we are in the process of finishing up the legalities of clearing my mother's estate as she has passed away and was the owner. I will gladly ship out the pictures or refund the money, whichever the customer would like. Please let her know I do apoligize for this lack of communication and I will do my best to resolver her complaint.Thanks![redacted]

Review: I ordered a picture from jesus art usa. After I purchased it, the website stated I would receive a confirmation email. I never received the email and the product was never shipped to me. I tried calling three times to ask if my order was received (my credit card was charged). I left two voice-mails and the third time I called it said the caller cannot accept any more voice-mails. I have not been able to contact this seller.Desired Settlement: Would like my purchase refunded to my credit card.

Review: I purchased 3 prints in August and my check has been cashed and I have not received the prints. I have written and written and written. Yes, I know she died but then send the prints or return the money. Can't get anyone to answer me. MY husband died in June and I really wanted these rpints to remember him by!!!Desired Settlement: Either send the prints or refund my money!!!

My experience with Jesus Art U.S.A. was excellent, courteous, and prompt! NO problems and delivery of my items ordered was very prompt!
