Engineering Business and would be coming to take care of the CertificateHowever that never proved to be the case, they still have no Certificate posted to the State siteMr.*** paid me with full expectation that he was covering the certificate, otherwise he would not have paid meOn the original proposal it does state windstorm certificate included, however neither of us signed that copy and the fact changed after I was told they would get an inspectorI was recently beat in court due to documents , that I have since proven are not real, saying the roof failed because of decking issuesThis is not even a reason that a roof fails the inspection, that's what sparked my interest to call this particular inspector that *** said failed the roof, under oathThe inspector and the owner of the firm out of Houston have confirmed that they have NO RECORD of dealing with the ***s or that addressThe state site does not say the roof failed, it says that the roof was incomplete because the state inspector could not do an inspection because the roof was already complete.I am willing to help get an inspection, but due to the time elapsed no inspector or engineer would touch itIt could have been done at the time if they would have told me that their guy could not come throughNow the only option is a re-roofMy attourney is seeking appeal and possible claiming perjury on her falsified documentsThanks,**

I have contacted her family members who knew the work was going on and they are even ashamed at her actions and have advised us to take legal actions necessary. We are in the process at the moment of filing liens on the property and filing suite on Mrs. [redacted] for her premeditated actions. She has not one issue with quality or the services rendered, she's just refusing to pay the amount she agreed to. avoided all calls, emails, and even text messages. She was in great communication with no problems until time came for her to pay. I have contacted her family members who knew the work was going on and they are even ashamed at her actions and have advised us to take legal actions necessary. She has not one issue with quality or the services rendered, she's just refusing to pay the amount she agreed to. would install touch up paint over any areas that he claims has had a color change due to the water penetrating in that area. We have not experienced any real rain fall since this was repaired as agreed. Last night however the area experienced a good amount of rain fall, we will touch base with him today to see if any water still penetrated the leaking areas. [redacted],I have tried my best to back out of this situation and let [redacted] and yourself try to work this out before I take it to the attorney and let him proceed. You agreed to a meeting that was set for Yesterday evening, after a couple of attempts we failed at reaching you on the phone. And you did not reply to a text message. I have made several attempts to make this right. Your complaint of [redacted] charging you too much on demo has been over compensated for by my discount to you on this remodel. There is absolutely no confusion or gray area in this debt that exists between you and I. You knew what you agreed to because we dropped the price from over 31k to 28k, the description of what was included for 28k was also listed on the agreement. All of what was listed on the agreement was completed and the garage was even completed as well, even though that was not even worded on the agreement. I took your word that [redacted] included that garage portion and I took care of it. I took your word that you would pay me the balance of the agreement upon completion without a middle payment. I was never told about any bad quality work or anything like that. All I know is you telling [redacted] your financial partners in this remodel for your dad backed out. Your partners being your siblings. You also told myself the same thing. Your sisters have told Myself and [redacted] that this was all your dealings and business to handle. So it seems to me that you knew all along that you did not have the funds to pay for the services that you agreed to, it was a premeditated act. And if it were not then you would at bare minimum communicate with us and try to work something out. You told [redacted] you would meet her since you did not want to talk to me, however you did not honor your word with this either. You said you did not want to talk with me because of the way I spoke to you. I do apologize if I came off a little rough, but I did not get disrespectful. You would be just as mad if someone owed you over $19k and would not even communicate with you. If there was any valid reason not to pay us you would clearly play that card, but there is not. If your unhappy with something just point it out and it will be resolved or credited in the event you don't want us back on the property. Your first complain- to the Revdex.com was for me not to contact you again and to stay off my property. Only after I called your unethical ways out for not paying me did you mention a quality issue. Bottom line is this I have bent as far as I can. I have dropped the amount you owe over $7k to meet your very questionable concerns. Even by doing that you still will not even grant us the respect of an answer or any communication for that matter. If you think this is going to end by you ignoring me you are terribly mistaken. I am at one of the lowest points I have ever been in financially due to Harvey, living in a fifth wheel with my 4 year old at the moment. To have over 19k more-less taken from me is not something I will allow to happen without a big big fight.
