I apologize I have been out of town working and just got back to my office this morning.I met with Mr [redacted] at the Dispute Resolution center, I signed the agreement that I would repair the area that the water was leaking in, and after we were sure the water leak was stopped then we would install touch up paint over any areas that he claims has had a color change due to the water penetrating in that areaWe have not experienced any real rain fall since this was repaired as agreedLast night however the area experienced a good amount of rain fall, we will touch base with him today to see if any water still penetrated the leaking areasIf there has been none, then we will proceed as agreed with the touch up paintAT NO TIME HAS THERE BEEN MENTION OF LIFTING THE CEILING OR THE COVER AS HE STATED IN THE COMPLAINT.Thanks,**

The gutter machine has been having extreme issues for over three weeksIt has made trips to Houston on three occasions to be repairedWe finally had to bring it back to the manufacturer in Austin Texas last Friday to have it repairedMy office has notified the customer of the delayI look to have the Gutter put on the house for sure by the 10th of NovemberI will get to it this week if at all possible, we were extremely backlog due to the machine breakdownIt would never be my intent to take money from a customer and not give them a productThank you for your patience

It comes down to this I was unlawfully sued this customerThe document that she showed the judge has proven to be no record what so everThe engineering firm has confirmed that they have no record of her or their addressShe presented this document under oathFurthermore the decking is she that is being claimed is not a reason the roof would even failShe has not one document stating this, because that is not the reasonThe reason there is no Windstorm certificate is because the state of Texas filed this incomplete because the roof was already finishedThere are further text messages and emails showing correspondence and dialogue between myself and the homeowner showing that we both have the understanding they are to get the Windstorm inspector and I show my understanding by checking up with them trying to find out if it has been completeIt is not my fault in any way that they did not know what they were doing in their searchHad they come to me and told me this in a timely fashion something could have been doneInstead they wait over years and try to Hash it outThe only way now is to reroof then an inspector will write and when Start certificateI've actually already tried to settle with this customer, there was no interest not even a response in my offerAt this point my attorney is collecting evidence from *** *** as well as emails and the original paperwork from the Texas Department of Insurance for a possible countersuitNot only has she unlawfully sued me but she has also calls defamation to myself and my business through social media comments and SlandersI do not feel that we are responsible for this judgementMy attorney does not feel that we are responsible for this judgementAnd a countersuit may be the only option unless the homeowner is willing to settle for what the legal fees would cost and I have already tried this method.Regards.**

This is the FIRST we have heard or that has been documented about quality issues.We have tried to set up walk overs to go over the completed project and collect however *** has ignored all calls, emails, and textsThere was no problems with her communication during the project, as in answering questions about the material and suchIt was not until she knew we had completed that she went MIAIn fact the first we have heard from her is from her initial complaint with the Revdex.com, which was not even a complaint but a statement telling us to not contact or come to the propertyIf she was going to complain about quality that would have been a good time to do so, or better yet come straight to us and let us know there is a problemI have walked the project several times and she has absolutely no legitimate complaint, nor did she ever along the way to completionShe is simply dishonest customer trying to get the services rendered for no additional costI had no problems collecting from either sibling of ***'s , that is why I felt confident that she would pay in full even after she refused to make her mid payment as the contract statesI continued to do the work and finish the project even though she had already broken the payment agreementThat is when she decided she would no longer respond or communicateWhen she knew we were completed she never answered us againTherefore a lien has been put on the home and I will take EVERY LEGAL ANGLE possible to recover what is owed at nearly $20,If there were any quality issues I would have and still would resolve them, but *** has had more than AMPLE enough time to bring such to light.I look forward to resolving this any way I must

I am rejecting this response because: It is with great concern and deep regret that I’m having to write this letter of complaint about the bad quality of work, and the unacceptable level of professionalism exhibit by Jet Construction owner Mr*** ***I was taught when people are mean and attack you for no reason at all just to ignore them, because I was raised to know my worth; but also, I have the God given right to defend my reputation and characterMr*** has no remorse for taking advantage of people and no intention of making good on services he promised.Most companies pride themselves on delivering good quality service, and when mistakes are made they make it their priority to correct customers’ complaint; put in a plan so this won’t happen again, and they do apologize for the inconveniences they may have caused clienteleWe are not asking for items to be completed that were not agreed upon by the company’s representative, we’re not seeking any extra perks or gifts just the fulfillment of work, and quality that what was agreed upon by both partiesMr*** talks about calls not being answered or returned, after trying very hard to get direct answers for legitimate complaints and obvious concerns for shady work; and work still not yet completed but that had been paid up front for, it was clear Mr*** was not a fair and honest contractorSo therefore, there was no reason to continue conversating with Mr*** who had one purpose and that was to get more money for work he never intended to perform or completeOne last reason for not speaking with Mr*** on the phone was that he was so disrespectful and thought he could intimidate someone with threats of a law suit; his tone of voice was insulting and the fact that he would mention in a rebuttal that somehow my family was at odds with me are ludicrous but it serves to prove just how insensitive, unprofessional, blatant, and offensive Mr*** wereMy father worked hard all of his life to provide a home for his family, while it is not Mr*** doing he was dislodged from his home, however, it is his fault my father has to be further inconvenient because of Mr***’s unfair business practice.It is advised you give this matter your immediate attention, but I have little confidence that you will based upon your previous actions.

We did the *** roof in I had the State set up to do the inspection but we started before the State Inspector could come trying to beat the weatherThe *** told me that they would have an inspector come out and look at the roofSomeone that they knew personally was in the
Engineering Business and would be coming to take care of the CertificateHowever that never proved to be the case, they still have no Certificate posted to the State siteMr.*** paid me with full expectation that he was covering the certificate, otherwise he would not have paid meOn the original proposal it does state windstorm certificate included, however neither of us signed that copy and the fact changed after I was told they would get an inspectorI was recently beat in court due to documents , that I have since proven are not real, saying the roof failed because of decking issuesThis is not even a reason that a roof fails the inspection, that's what sparked my interest to call this particular inspector that *** said failed the roof, under oathThe inspector and the owner of the firm out of Houston have confirmed that they have NO RECORD of dealing with the ***s or that addressThe state site does not say the roof failed, it says that the roof was incomplete because the state inspector could not do an inspection because the roof was already complete.I am willing to help get an inspection, but due to the time elapsed no inspector or engineer would touch itIt could have been done at the time if they would have told me that their guy could not come throughNow the only option is a re-roofMy attourney is seeking appeal and possible claiming perjury on her falsified documentsThanks,**

If there was a Bureau that kept up with customers and their track record of full-filling their promise to pay this Mrs. [redacted] would be on the bad list. We have been trying to contact her for 3 weeks about a balance of over $20,000 she planned to leave us with, and did. She has...

avoided all calls, emails, and even text messages. She was in great communication with no problems until time came for her to pay. I have contacted her family members who knew the work was going on and they are even ashamed at her actions and have advised us to take legal actions necessary.  We are in the process at the moment of filing liens on the property and filing suite on Mrs. [redacted] for her premeditated actions. She has not one issue with quality or the services rendered, she's just refusing to pay the amount she agreed to.   She has made an illegitimate complaint out of retaliation to our legal actions that in no way should count against Jet Roofing and Construction with the Revdex.com.Respectfully,TB
