On November 21, I got a package with only one set, Product ID; JN-1334/ Navajo Sterling Turquoise Necklace Set by Clem NalwoodThe design of the necklace and bracelet did not look as it was shown on the web site at the time of purchaseI am OK with thatMy concern is that in the description of the set at the time of purchase stated that " The bracelet measures 7/8" around, not including the opening....The opening is 1"....I went to two jewelers in my areaBoth of them stated that the bracelet measures only 1/2" aroundIt is too small for me to even put it on. On the web site I was promised to get a certificate of authenticityI have not got any together with the set.I still have not got my second set of jewelry( JN-1335/ Navajo Silver Coral Necklace with Earrings by Clem Nalwood) and no word on when it will arrive.What I want from the seller is: to send me JN-1335/ Navajo Silver Coral Necklace with Earrings by Clem Nalwood with a certificate of authenticityto accept me sending the bracelet from JN-1334/ Navajo Sterling Turquoise Necklace Set by Clem Nalwood (that does not match the description of the product at the time of purchase) to the seller back in exchange of a fair refundto get a certificate of authenticity for JN-1334/ Navajo Sterling Turquoise Necklace Set by Clem Nalwoodif it is not possible to separate the bracelet from the set JN-1334/ Navajo Sterling Turquoise Necklace Set by Clem Nalwood, then I am willing to send the whole set back to the seller for a full refund for the setAttached are the prints of the web site with the two sets of jewelry on the day of purchasing to back up my requests

I got a coral necklace and earrings set/ Product ID JN-1335 today.The design is not what I saw on the web site and ordered. Attached are the photos of the set I got and the print from the web site on the day I ordered the set. The corals in the necklace I got look like somebody scratched them before they were put into the setting.I want to return the coral set for full refund. I purchased a bracelet from this...

company's website and paid for it by credit card. They mailed me the wrong bracelet ... one I did not order. I could not get them to respond to my emails or phone calls so I submitted a complaint with the NM Revdex.com. Complaint #[redacted]. Once the NV Revdex.com contacted the company, they contacted me and asked that I return the bracelet and they would give me a full refund. I did return the bracelet using FedEx. I have a FedEx confirmation that they received the returned bracelet on 11/3. I have emailed them and left several messages to make sure they were going to credit my credit card like they said they would. To date, I have not got a response to any of my communication. As of today, they have not credited my credit card. So ... I am out of a bracelet and out of $245.59!!! Help!!I would like my credit card to be refunded ASAP!!

I am rejecting this response because:UPS testifies that the product was delivered and I believe them, not these people who have been putting me off since Octoberthey cannot send a refund to “my “account” because I don’t have an account with them. They will have to refund my Visa card which will take another month. They think I will give up. I won’t.
