I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I reject the response because they are hiding behind a 30 return policy.  Yes, my complaint to them exceeded the 30 day limitation...I received the ring on April 25 and I first wrote to them about the problem with the ring on June 17.  But during those 53 days I did a lot of traveling and did not even wear this piece of jewelry.  In fact, when it arrived I was not even home.  On June 16 I did wear it and just ran some errands and watched my granddaughter.  When I went to take it off at night, I couldn't even remove it from my finger because it was so bent out of shape!  This is a ring that is supposed to be 14K gold!  It looked like someone had taken a hammer to it.  By this time my finger was starting to really swell from the twisting and tugging I was doing to try and remove it, so my husband and to pinch the sides a bit bit so I could get it past my knuckle.  At this point the opal stone fell out and crack.  I had done NOTHING to misuse or damage that ring!  I wear my wedding ring all the time, have worn other rings in the past while working, and have never had this happen before.  I feel completely taken advantage of because we paid $300 for a ring that was obviously not 14K gold as they claimed it was, and they would do nothing to try and make it right.  Just simply hid behind their 30 return policy.  I didn't change my ring about buying the ring, it just completely fell apart on me!! I am so frustrated at their lack of customer service or response.[redacted]

It appears that when the customer wrote to us using the email: [email protected]., the email went into a spam/junk file. Since we receive so many emails, most emails that are not attached to our customer orders, emails end up being automatically sent to spam. We did see the email that you would like to return the product. We will make a one time courtesy to have the product returned to our warehouse. We have forwarded you information on how and where to have the merchandise returned to you email address: [email protected]

As stated in the previous response, JewelsObsession, LLC has a 30 day return policy. We do NOT accept returns 90 days later. If you buy a new car and damage your car, is it the car company's fault?... if you buy a television and drop it, is it the television manufactures fault? We offer a 30 day return policy because that should be sufficient enough time for any issues to be addressed. As with most large company policy's, they all hold a 30 day, if not 14 days, return policy ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc). Jewels Obsession received their returned product on November 7, 2014 at 1:47PM PST, but the company continues to proclaim I have not returned the product per instructed.  Attached is the FedEx delivery status confirming Jewels Obsession has the product in their possession.  Jewels Obsession stated in my email follow up, their shipping department was closed Nov. 11th, therefore they we're NOT aware of the status of the return.  I beg to differ since their product was received two working days before Nov. 11th.

I basically responded to the email received from them advising of the order issue, and left a couple voice mails after numerous calls. I had to leave voice mails, because there was NEVER anyone available. The voice response ALWAYS sent me to voice mail.
If the seller would contact me to resolve the issue by sending me my size 5.5 as ordered I would be satisfied.
All I want is my size 5.5.

 Actually, Jewel's Obsession did contact me and told me how to return my necklace.  So, I AM satisfied with with the resolution (as long as they actually credit our account.)

Review: Submitted an order to seller per their advertisement via amazon of a white 14k gold chain and gold pendant on October 7, 2014. The product arrived on October 24, 2014 via USPS. I opened the packaging of the cheap cardboard box and the poor quality jewlery box and discovered a questionable quality golf pendant and very thin chain. I flipped the pendant on the revers and it's hollow on the back, which is probably why the seller doesn't have an actual photo image of the pendant. There's a zoom-in view of the chain on-site, but the actual size of the pendant is small as a straight pin. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the actual product versus what the Jewel Obsession advertised, the poor packaging and the jewelry itself are cheap.

I've made several attempts to contact the seller immediatly after receiving the merchandise, but after the 2 to 3 day response time I have not received a reply from the business. The business requires an authorized return code before buyer can return products and I do not want to miss the 30day deadline to return purchased item.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $[redacted], which doesn't cover the expense I must incure to retrun a product which was misrepresented on the website.
