this lette is in reponse of the complaint for Michelle [redacted] on the Bmw 7Series, as the customer explained at the time of the sale Jidd Motors only offered body and interior warranty, options were explained and declined, as a customer satisfaction vehicle was fixed where customer only paid a portion of that, Adam [redacted] took care of the other expenses, we are willing to check the car again and check why the light is coming up could be something not related with the transmissionMs [redacted] is welcome to bring the car at anytime for a diagnosis

Hello Shaquille, the vehicle that you purchased from us was never funded by the bank because you provided information as to your job so the bank could not fund the deal.? When you came in to the dealership you were suppose to have a qualifying interview with the bank which you failed yet again.? You drove our car and put miles on the vehicle at which point we would have to charge you $per mile that you drove which would exceed your down payment of $At this point you owe us $500.? If you can get your employer to validate? your place of employment and your income we can get you approved so you can get the car you were trying to purchase.?
