There was a delay in the Warranty company processing her adjusted policy however this has already been addressed and the customer has the required 100,warranty.? Jidd Motors would be happy to help Mr [redacted] with regards to the "noted" damage that was on our Bill of Lading at delivery We explained the he could return the car here for minor touch up and ding repair at our facilityIf this is not acceptable to him he can also return the vehicle as per our return policy The car will not be repainted as is the customers requestHe purchased a used vehicle not a brand new unit There is bound to be some minor cosmetic damage on a pre-owned vehicle

We have had communication with our customer. We are reimbursing him for the time that he was not able to drive the vehicle due to registration issues
