I spoke with [redacted] the District manager this morning, he stated that the store is in contact with U-Haul to get a better invoice with all the charges broke down in details so that we can see what all we need to refund to the customer

We have spoken with the customer and its all taken care of She was reading the dipstick with the Engine running which will give you a wrong reading Everything is ok, please close case

Well this is a work in progressThe rims that they have are not the original ones that come from the dealer, We have only found one that matches exactly and they need We have found a set of that she liked but not sure if the husband likeswe are awaiting a response from them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Jiffy Lube [redacted] April 11, Business Location [redacted] Chose this location because of convince, not pricecost of service was comparable to dealerArrived at location, asked attendant if they could provide oil change and inspectionAsked if they would reset the oil change reminder messageHe responded,'Oh yes sir, that is part of our service to you." Attendant drove car in service bayHe didn't know how to open the hoodI had to show himthat should have been a clue at that point! After paying for service and preparing to drive out, noticed oil change message was still illuminatedAttendant attempted to correct but was apparent he did not know what he was doing, Manager told me I would have to take the vehicle to dealer for reset but they would' give me a discount on next serviceSubmitted a complaint to Jiffy Lube, was advised that any action would be through [redacted] Contacted them and was contacted by their representative, assured me that problem would be corrected next daySaid there was new management in place and they would be glad to reset my messageHe also said that my next oil change was freeHe said he would inform the new manager to expect me the next dayWent in as instructed, manager, I believe [redacted] began to search the internet for instructionsHe worked for about an hour and never was able to correct the problem, In disgust, I went home, did some research on the internet and in minutes had problem corrected.One location manager offered a discount, A [redacted] offer4d a refund, neither addressed my problem or followed upA complete refund is being sought Regards, [redacted]

We have talked with the store regarding this claim and discussed with them the policy and procedures that they should have followed. They are always supposed to go over all vehicle manufacture recommendations on the different types of oil that we offer. We will refund the customer the
difference between the conventional oil and the Synthetic oil. We are working on the amount now and will issue the customer that refund

I noticed after I responded to the first Revdex.com that I accidently responded with the wrong info, I then tried to contact Ms. [redacted] to let her know and I had to leave a message.  I have contacted [redacted] and he has left several messages for her as well.  we need her to contact AJ so that we can get this addressed at [redacted]

we have spoke with Mr. [redacted] and  we will be refunding him for both services that he had out our location in the amount of $216.11 and then the original amount of $36.36

I have been in contact with [redacted] and I will be calling the Dealership to gather all information on this claim.
