From the BUSINESS:Sent 6/14/2017 1:53:33 PMOur records show that we have credited this member's account a total of $75, in good faith in the past, ($45 on 12.1.2016 and an additional $30 on 3.8.2017) when she wasn't fully participating in the email/mail forwarding study. We have given this member every chance to fully participate in this study which has not been done.Our records also indicate that she has been warned five plus times, via email and via phone, that she had to participate in both portions of the study to receive the incentive. She has been mailing in her junk mail envelopes but in order to fully participate you have to also be forwarding your emails which has been communicated to her multiple times.We will not credit her again and she will be fully removed from this study. Those kick out emails will be sent towards the end of the month.If she has any other survey #s that she feels that she has not been credited for, and it has been past 6 weeks of the completion date, she can email those survey #s to our support team so we can research the participation status for each and credit if needed.

We haven’t decided exactly how to handle these respondents.Assure him, he will be credited appropriately and we won’t simply reduce his incentive due to the new terms.

We have responded to [redacted] emails multiple times and if he is not receiving our emails he may have us blocked by a spam blocker.

Our records do show that you completed the TouchPoints study on 2.22.2016 and your account will be credited within 2-6 weeks as indicated. The credit will be $35 as your SavvyConnect application was not actively sending data during your participation.
Remember that when you qualify for and complete a paid survey, your SurveySavvy account will be marked AND credited the incentive mentioned in the email invitation, if any, within two to six weeks (if not sooner) after our data check and after your responses pass our validation procedure as indicated in the email invitation.
All our surveys also include screener questions that determine whether a respondent matches our clients’ criteria and fits into an open quota group for that particular survey. If you do not match our client's demographic criteria for the survey or you do not fit into an open quota group based on the answers you provide in the screening section, you will not be asked to complete the survey. As business grows, we will be conducting more surveys and providing more opportunities for our members.

After doing further research, our records show that the latest time this respondent was called was at 7:51pm on June 11.
The Do Not Call list does not apply to Market Research firms as we do not sell anything.

Accounts are usually credited for completed surveys 2-6 weeks from the date of completion as indicated.Please note that we are currently updating our website including the member account crediting system and this is temporarily off line.  We anticipate completion of the updating of this system...

with full functionality in the next 1-2 weeks.  All member's accounts will be automatically credited for surveys they have completed within the 6 week timeframe when this system is updated.  I apologize for any inconvenience.Some surveys are starting to be credited now, here account balance is currently $4.

Our records show that Erin has emailed us twice. Once 5 months ago when we told her how to unsubscribe and once 4 days ago. Her account has now been unsubscribed and we have responded as such. Allow 8-10 days for it to take full effect.

Does that mean that compensation for Project Gold would actually be like every six weeks where payment for the month that just ended would be made in two weeks? Can I expect compensation for the month ending September 12th to be at the end of September?  Also, I do not know what the survey id is for the survey in question because I no longer have that info. Is it customary for a qualifying survey to take 20 minutes?

of $140 for past SavvyConnect Project Gold participation which is up to date.We have not received an inquiry regarding a disqualification after 20 minutes in a survey. We responded to the first inquiry via email and closed the second inquiry as it was resolved over the phone.
