Every time I make a purchase it's a pleasant experience Even when there is a problem or mistake or just unlucky circumstance, Beach Camera makes it easy to find a solutionAwesome customer service

NEVER Again! I will never purchase with Beach Camera again They sell items they don't have in stock! I purchased a $Pentax camera package which included a lens, bag, and various accessories on amazon A week later, I receive a haphazardly packed box, minus the $lens, and a packing slip noting a back-ordered status of the lens No one thought to contact me ahead of time No, they just sent the package and expected me to call and complain I called and was told I would have to wait up to three weeks for the lens What a disappointment! At this point (weeks after my purchase) I am still waiting, but they have re-posted the same camera package on amazon (marked in-stock order soon) And the same lens is for individual sale on their website I called Beach Camera about this and was told that despite these ads they do not have the lens in stock Yet they continue to advertise an expensive item for sale which they do not haveIn the meantime, there are several events I expected to photograph with my new camera, but I cannot do so with a lens-less camera

Bought a camera for a birthday and it doesn't workWe bought it ahead of time and since it's outside their return time the company refused to helpThe camera was not opened until the partyThere was no consideration given to the circumstanceBasically saying they will not helpWill go back to buying from [redacted] again at lest they help there customers

I purchased durabilt, storage container, large, black, set of from this company through the [redacted] marketplace I only receieved one storage container and one lid I have emailed them and called them about this and they refuse to honor the set of 6, as advertised I emailed them twice a copy of my receipt which clearly states I purchased a set of 6, durabilt, storage containers, large, black They blamed [redacted] for advertising it improperly and said they would take a lose if they sent me the remaining boxes If you go online to [redacted] , you will see where they have done this same thing to other consumers on this same product I started reading reviews of the company and have found similar complaints from other consumers about different products (one was a new TV purchase and the people were sent a refurbished TV and Beach Camera claimed it was advertised incorrectly and should have been advertised as refurbished and did not correct the problem) from this same seller

I placed an order with Beach camera directly because they guarantee one-day deliveryPaid for the overnight shipping, as it was urgentThey never send a confirmation or any kind of acknowledgementCalled same day the CS to make sure there are no delaysCS was so incompetent and could not provide any legible answerMy card was charged, but nothing was delivered on time Called again multiple times to get some answerAfter four days they told me that there has been a delay due to some verification issues and but now shipping has been approvedAgain, nobody bothered to contact me and inform about the delayI received an email informing me that the item was out of stock five days after I placed my urgent order!!! Poor communication skills, lack of transparency, advertising - clearly, management does not know what they are doing

this company post fraudulent information about products for sale on their websitethey advertise the product is in stock when in fact it is not, they charge your credit including additional fees for express mail and the customer service dept sends emails about the status of your order which are complete liesi have the threads of this complainti asking that you put a stop to this practicei have canceled my order and now I have to wait for my credit card to allow the refund, more aggravation to the consumer

I purchased a [redacted] Jump Drive from Beach Camera on [redacted] ***Upon received the item, the jump drive barely used for couple hours before it was not functioning any moreI email the Beach Camera to request the returnThey responded with RMA number and asked me to return the item on my own cost at firstThen, I request them to email me a prepaid label to return the item since it was a defective item, and they promised me to email me the label within daysBut I never received the prepaid labelSo I had filed dispute with [redacted] credit card, however, Beach camera then send a inactive return label to [redacted] as a proof ( [redacted] ***); hence, [redacted] declined the disputeThere is NO reason for me to NOT returning the item if I indeed received the prepaid shipping label as it was a defective itemI have No use of it at all

I had a horrible experience with this company After shipping me one damaged TV, they replaced it with another TV that arrived damaged Although they did refund my money, my customer service experience could not have been worse I reviewed them negatively, and for the three months since, their employees have called me (even though I have asked them to stop) telling me that since the issue was resolved, I should change my review It feels like harassment

I purchased the flash drive through the Walmart.com website The item shipped from the company Beach Camera The item arrived damaged, there were no prongs to plug into the Ipad for use I returned using Beach Camera's return label and a FedEx envelope since the label was a FedEx label Included with the return was the shipping invoice I originally received and a copy of Beach Camera's email advising on how to return the item since it had the order number on it, as did the invoice I tracked the item with FedEx until it finally showed delivery back to Beach Camera I advised Beach Camera via email every step of the way of the return, even though I know they could track it as well When the delivered notification came from FedEx that it had been delivered, I immediately contacted Beach Camera to advise they had the item and when could I expect a refund I also included the delivery notification Since that email, Beach Camera has refused to refund me

On September 18th I placed an order for a Nikon Dbundle at [redacted]  for $At the time I contacted the customer service of beachcamera via email and was informed they were expecting to receive the camera in stock on September 30thAdditionally I called the store on that day before placing the order and was informed they will not charge my credit card prior to receiving the item in stock, since it was a pre-orderHowever, my credit card was charged on September 19th for the amount of $I called the store immediately and I was told the reason why I was charged was because they wanted to reserve the item for me and I should expect the item to be shipped to my address on September 30thOn September 27th I contacted the store again to inquire about the status of my order and was told in fact they could not guarantee any shipment by September 30th and my credit card was charged by mistakeSo I asked them to cancel to pre-order and demanded a full refund

I ordered a DJI Phantom Advanced from Beach Trading company through Amazon.com The Phantom, as appears to be at least somewhat common according to online reviews, had a firmware glitchIt took off, and flew directly into a wall, sustaining damage, all while the controller was not even being held Within hours of receiving the product, I initiated a return process, which they issued an authorization for, and made me pay the $40+ for shipping the drone backWhen they received it, they promptly sent it back to me and refused to accept the return Selling a defective product, and not being willing to stand by it is unacceptableSo now I'm out about $until they understand I won't accept thisAs an attorney, it should be recognized this is my first step, and I'll escalate appropriately from here

Shady business practice - go with a better reputed online retailer instead! Their website had some DDRmemory listed at $ I put in an order and it was later cancelled The reason given was it was out of stock, even though their website showed the item still in stock, only now at a higher price Called and spoke with customer service and they gave an unconvincing half-hearted explanation that it was briefly out of stock and then they got some more and changed the pricing, all in the span of mere hours (yeah, right!) Then the CSR gave me the real reason: management cancelled the order because it was a price mistake They made it sound like the price was outrageously erroneous when in fact a competitor had the item for not much more at the same period of time [redacted] , [redacted] and the like usually honor their price mistakes, or at least tell you the truth from the start as to why your order was cancelled Do yourself a favor and buy from a better reputed online retai
