I placed an order for a new pair of Beats Dre PowerbeatsWireless Black Headphones with Beach Camera on 4/11/ According to their website, this item was new condition and full warranty I received my item today on 4/13/Unfortunately, the item was not in new conditionThe box was not sealed and the cover was scuffedThere was a label with a serial # stuck on top of the original label The serial # did not exist The headphones were dusty and repackaged This item was either an open box item or a refurbished item I contacted the company and the not so helpful representative, [redacted] , tried to tell me she had the original serial # and she assured me the item was new and was shipped from the manufacturer and not Beach CameraThe serial number should be on the box and should be correct if an item is legitThis is very unethical This company needs to advertise their products with honest descriptions and operate and ethical businessI am returning the item to

Ordered a scooter from them on May when it arrived the box was trashed with holes it was raining heavy and im sure the electronics got wetWe sent this back to them and were told they would process a refund right away and it would take to days to get the money back that was a lie, now I get an email telling me it will take to days just to process a return and then to days for a refundThis is the worst company to deal with

I placed an order on there website for a rather expensive drone bundle(yuneec q500)The description states that it comes with a specific accessoryYuneec SkyView glassesI then proceed down toBottom of the page and click on the bundle tabThere it says that included in the bundle are the SkyView glasses, but if you click on the kit includes tab it shows some cheap 10$ vr glasses that you need your phone forThis is clearly advertisement

Shady business practice - go with a better reputed online retailer instead! Their website had some DDRmemory listed at $ I put in an order and it was later cancelled The reason given was it was out of stock, even though their website showed the item still in stock, only now at a higher price Called and spoke with customer service and they gave an unconvincing half-hearted explanation that it was briefly out of stock and then they got some more and changed the pricing, all in the span of mere hours (yeah, right!) Then the CSR gave me the real reason: management cancelled the order because it was a price mistake They made it sound like the price was outrageously erroneous when in fact a competitor had the item for not much more at the same period of time [redacted] , [redacted] and the like usually honor their price mistakes, or at least tell you the truth from the start as to why your order was cancelled Do yourself a favor and buy from a better reputed online retai

I work for a public library and our library used [redacted]  to purchase a new digital cameraWhen our package arrived from the company it had everything in the package except for the actual cameraWe received the package directly from the delivery truck and it was not tampered withThe company simply did not send the cameraThey are now saying that they did send it and there is nothing that can be doneWe basically spent over $on a camera bag and accessories for a camera that we don't haveWhen looking at later reviews of the company there are others who have had the same issueThey send accessories for items, but no the actual big ticket itemThis company is a scam!
