Jivam skin care ads for $(shipping only) free trial is a SCAMThey mislead customers to sign up for a subscription based program that then charges the customer with an $fee for the product receivedSo you don't pay for "just shipping" at allWhen I saw the charge on my credit card it was already too late according to the terms and agreements Jivam insists onBy the time the bigger charge hits your card, the daqy period is over and they refuse to refundI thought there was a day trial for any product purchased onlineIs that incorrect?
Anyway, don't buy from this deceptive and dishonest business!

This is clever SCAM marketing for skin careThe product gave no visible resultsThe claim is a 30-day supply (supposedly via customer service on the phone), the marketing details state a 2-week trial supply all you pay is shipping for $Then as an added bonus you can get a 2-week trial supply of derma soft ( I believe that is correct) eye cream for only $shippingI did not even want the eye cream but it only gave one functional option on the screen to progress to the next page and next thing you know you see a screen stating you just opted inMost people, like myself, would not be worried about a $trial eye cream and be o.kwith itAfter the immediate billing of $and days a consumer is then billed for the "free" trial product of $for the cream and $for the eye productI called the number on my credit card bill who was a third party and he informed me the skin care companies do this all the timeHe couldn't even tell me a number to get in touch with those who were billing me and kept apologizingHe truly seemed apathetic to the situationThe products themselves did not come with any contract and terms or contact information on any pagesOnce I called Jivam I was connected with ***Through tone and choice of words you could see they are well versed in their position in making the customer seem like an ieThere was no customer service on a refund or working with the customerIt's pretty much you agreed, you fell to our scam, thanks for your money! Review: Review: Jivam skin care charged me $89.95 for a tiny bottle of anti-aging skin care cream for which I'd purchased (S & H only ha, ha) a "free" trial on 10/26/2015. According to them, the trial was really only for 14 days 1INCLUDING the shipping time, such that I received their product on 11/2/2015 and was billed for it on 11/17/2015. They point out that the "fine print" says this is how the trial works. I believe that the link I clicked in an article was stating that [redacted] recommended the product and that the trial would NOT result in any further charges. I started using the product on, so had only used it a handful of times and want all consumers to know that this company is not selling a product in which they believe and will support, but just a get rich quick scheme taking advantage of people. I did not see the "fine print" that said this would happen and truly thought I'd read something to the contrary. I am going to dispute the charge via my credit card company and make Jivam PROVE that I purchased the product through a web page that had that language. In the meantime, please CONSUMERS, be aware of these "fake" trials as these people have no interest in recurring customers, they just want to get $89.95 out of as many people as they can before closing up shop and starting some new "free" trial with questionable business practices and ethics. PLEASE NOTE: They do not send a confirmation email, so there's no reminder of the trial length or how much the subsequent charge will be, not to mention no confirmation number, order number, or anything.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: I called them the day after the trial supposedly ended. In fact, since I ordered very late at night, I called them just over 12 hours after the 14 days INCLUDING SHIPMENT TIME ended and they refused to refund my money. Their customer service and floor supervisor were extremely rude and threatened us as well.

We want charges incurred on 11/17/15, 12/17/15 and 1/15/16 of $89.95 each, totaling $269.85 reversed and credited back to us.
