Review: I suckered into a product for 4.95 then 2 weeks my credit card was charged 89.95. My husband called to cancel when I got my November bill on or about 10 Dec 2015 and was told I could not return product but they would cancel and give me a 35% refund, which did not happen. Now I am being charged again. He called again Jan 8, 2016 and was told we had not called before was told to return product and pay 9.95 shipping or take a 75% refund. But before doing so, they argued with him, repeatedly put him on hold without advising him first, would not listen to my complaint, and were very rude, and would not allow him to talk to a supervisor. I have called my credit card Co. to stop payment and block future charge, but I have no assurance that these charges will be refunded.Desired Settlement: All or partial refund for 11/06, 12/06, 01/06 charges to credit card and assurance that they cannot do anything to my credit reports

Review: Ordered free trial Jivam Skin Care product off of IPAD advertisement. I ended up with 2 products, the included BioLift Anti-aging eye cream. The creams burnt the skin under my eyes and skin on my forehead started pealing. On February 28th., 2015, two charges of $89.95 showed up in my account. When I called to dispute the charges, I was told it was a 14 day trial and charges were non-refundable. I was also told it was spelled out on the Terms and Conditions. In the IPAD pop-up, there were no terms and conditions spelled out. It was just a box to check for the Jivam product and not the BioLift wasn't even listed. It was an advertisement from [redacted]. This is definitely a scam and something should be done to shut them down.Desired Settlement: I believe they should refund the money to me and any other person who got suckered into this. If possible, I would also like their advertising shutdown. They were very abrupt on the phone and just talking to them I knew I wasn't the first one who called about this situation.

Just for your info, we never received payment back.

Review: On February 17, 2015 I purchased the following two products: Jivam Skin Care for $4.95 and [redacted] for $3.95. When I purchased the first item for $4.95 the internet promotion indicated that it was a FREE PRODUCT and that I was only paying for the shipping charges. After I purchased the Jivam Skin Care for $4.95, I was prompted by the website to add a second FREE product: [redacted] with a shipping charge of $3.95. I ordered both FREE products on the same day. Neither links to their website that I accessed indicated that both products were a TRIAL OFFER and that after 14 days I would be charged the full price. Their internet promotion had the word FREE for each product. On March 5, 2015 when I was verifying my bank account, I came aware of the fact that they had charged my [redacted] debit card TWICE for $89.95 without my prior consent or prior notice. I still have not received a notice of this charge from this company. On March 5, 2015 I called [redacted] and spoke to [redacted]. At first she indicated that she could not refund because the trial period had expired. Then she indicated she could refund me if I returned the products UNOPENED. I indicated to her that I ordered these FREE products by paying the shipping charges and that I had not consented to a trial period and had not authorized a new charges of $89.95 each. I also asked [redacted] for a return e-mail message confirming our conversation, which she adamantly refused to provide. I also requested a company e-mail address where I could confirm our conversation and she also refused indicating that it was ridiculous. This company has incurred in deceitful advertisement and lured me into purchasing items that were advertised as FREE. I would have never consented to this had I been made fully aware of their intentions.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the form of a check for $179.90, which is the equivalent of the two unauthorized charges to my [redacted] debit card in the amounts of $89.95 each. Due to these unauthorized charges I was forced to cancel my [redacted] debit card and request a new one, therefore the refund must be in a check for $179.90 payable to [redacted].

Review: On February 3, 2015 I ordered the free trial of skin cream and eye, and all I was suppose to be charged was for shipping. They charged me $287 for three packages of products. I was only suppose to be charged for shipping which is $4.95 for each product. They claimed I did give them permission to take this money. They also offered me 35% of my money back if I did not report this issue.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, I did not authorize then to take this money out my account.

Review: I ordered skin care products on a 14-day trial basis. I am a bad consumer and have never done this before. I agreed to their terms of billing and after that 14-day FREE trial, I was charged $89.95 each for two products. I called customer service for both companies. In the terms that I saved on my computer, the charge was to be $79.97. This was the confirmation e-mail that my products were shipped. One of the customer service reps told me that wasn't their website and directed me to a different website to see the reference to the $89.95 charge.

In hindsight, Jivam's ad is baiting the customer to TRY the product. It takes about 4 days for the order to be processed and then 10 days for trying the product. That is truly not enough time. The TRIAL program is truly a baiting tactic. One of the reps offered to lower my FUTURE monthly billings to $39.95 if I would remain a 'loyal' customer.Desired Settlement: I cancelled my "subscription," but am now stuck with two charges of $89.95 or the 2 FREE 14-day trial products they sent me.

I appreciate whatever the Revdex.com can do to represent this advertising issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Review: There were some advertisements on TV for a trial offer of this skin care product. $4.95 is all you pay for shipping. I got it and a paper with it that said they charged my account for over $80 because I didn't get back with them in 13 days. I am being told I have a 30 day supply but am only allowed 14 days from the day it shipped to the say they get it back. [redacted] name is all over this. I had a terrible time trying to find their phone number. When I presented all of this information to her; it burns my face, she hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded and any subscription canceled.

Review: Ordered a sample from a pop-up ad on [redacted] website for a sample jar of Jivam skin cream for 4.95 - when I received my credit card statement I had not only the charge for 4.95 but a charge for 89.95 because I was supposed to use the product and send it back within 14 days - THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE AD - they will not do a refund - said this was listed in the terms and conditions - I would NEVER pay that much money for half an ounce of face cream that I could not use because it burned my face. Is there any way to stop companies from practices such as this?Desired Settlement: I would like to have 89.95 for this product that I cannot even use - I will pay the 4.95 without complaint because I ordered the sample

Review: I bougth a creame advertised on the program [redacted] as a trial for $4.95 with another for$3.95. I'dnt make a comitment with them to continue buying, and I'dnt know the cost of it. It was on April 14/15. Unspectedaly I had to leave the country for family reasons. On my return I found they had being Chargin on my CC $89.95 for nine times (9);twice on May,June and July, for the cost of the cream, but only receive 6 boxes that I hav'nt open. I did speak to them ofering to return the boxes on-opened, and asking for my money back; They will return the money only for one box, if I do not make the complain to the Revdex.com.I'm not in possition to expend such money.

I apreciate your attention to this matter,

[redacted].Desired Settlement: Receive my money back.

Review: I wanted to try the free sample of the product Jivam Skin care, that they advertised as free. I paid for the shipping and handling. However they then charge you $89.95 for the free product. They will continue to send new product and charge you until you cancel the subscription. They will not refund your money until you send back the product. That is fair, but they will not refund my money for the "free" product that they charger me $89.95. I'm willing to send it back as well but they claim it is past 30 days and it will not be accepted. That is bad business and false advertising. You should not claim to send free samples and then charge people. Before you leave their web sight they recommend an other product. Bio Lift Eye Cream. Two different companies same scam. They ship from the same address and do the same false advertising. In total I have 4 charger on my credit card for $89.95 for free samples of their product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $359.80 credited back to my credit card.I am returning the product that just arrived and $179.90 will be credited back to my card in 14 business days after they receive the product.I am willing to return their "free Samples" as well.

Review: On February 17, 2015 I purchased the following two products: Jivam Skin Care for $4.95 and Biolift Eye Cream for $3.95. When I purchased the first item for $4.95 the internet promotion indicated that it was a FREE PRODUCT and that I was only paying for the shipping charges. After I purchased the Jivam Skin Care for $4.95, I was prompted by the website to add a second product: Biolift Eye Cream also FREE with a shipping charge of $3.95. I ordered both FREE products on the same day. Neither promotions indicated that both products were a TRIAL OFFER and that after 14 days I would be charged the full price. Their internet promotion had the word FREE for each product. Today, March 5, 2015 when I was verifying my bank account, I came aware of the fact that they had charged my VISA debit card for $89.95 without my prior consent or prior notice. I still have not received a notice of this charge from this company. Today I called [redacted] and spoke to [redacted]. At first she indicated that she could not refund because the trial period had expired. Then she indicated she could refund me if I returned the products UNOPENED. I indicated to her that I ordered these FREE products by paying the shipping charges and that I had not consented to a trial period and had not authorized a new charge of $89.95. I also asked [redacted] for a return e-mail message confirming our conversation, which she adamantly refused to do. I also requested a company e-mail address where I could confirm our conversation and she also refused indicating that it was “ridiculous”. This company has incurred in deceitful advertisement and lured me into “purchasing” items that were advertised as FREE. I would have never consented to this had I been made fully aware of their intentions. They intentionally deceived me by first offering a FREE product; then charging me after 14 days for the full price. This a deceitful advertisement and this company should be held accountable for this. I never consented to a trial period and never consented to an additional charge of $89.95.Desired Settlement: A refund by return check in the amount of $89.95.

Review: Thic ompany has been advertising and selling two products, jivam skin care and biolift eye cream on line using names of Dr ** and [redacted] and selling trial sizes for shipping charge of $4.95. The web page is so made up with all certifications and security and authenticity highlighted, but if the order is not cancelled they are billing 89.95 for the trial bottle and sending a bottle every month for the amount of $89.95. I had cancelled the order after the trial period by phone and they continue to send the product and bill every month, noticeably on their packing list every month they do not put the price. I called up to cancel the product and they have cancelled it, they say. How do I know they will honour it or say they haven't received my call like the last time. Surprisingly both the products have been sent from the same POBox 25380 in Santa Ana , CA 92799. I asked for a refund since none of the packets have been even opened and they refuse to oblige.Desired Settlement: Companies like this misinterpreting and manipulating individuals with such advetisments and keeping light coloured fine print to not catch attention of customers should be banned from doing business

Review: I ordered this product on a trial of 4.99 and the day I recived it there was another charge for 89.00 and the trial period had not ended. I tried to call them but to my surprise there is no phone number anywhere to contact them. I did web searches and the yellow pages and even the bank where my master card is being charged and no number anywhere to be found. I can not call them to dispute the 89.00 charge to my card or to return the product. The reason I want to return the product is because my face is having a reaction to the serum it feels like it is on fire and tingling. the feeling I am having is not a good one.Desired Settlement: refund of the 89.00 and phone numbers for some type of customer service for other people. how can a person make request for refunds or returns if there is no way to contact them. even their website where you order from has no phone number

Review: Hello..on march 4 I saw an advertise of a Biolift face product free trial..the advertise said that I was entitle to a free trial for just the shipping charges...here in Puerto Rico our consumer laws say that when a product say it is a free trial...it has to be free..so I proceed with the order...the company also offered another product for the eyes free trial also just paying the shipping charges of 5.99 again so I accept it too.the product arrived to Puerto Rico about two weeks later and inmediatelly I started receiving charges for 89.00 for each of the products..at this time I already have credits to my master card for almost 400.00..I called the company to return the last products I received they said that they don't receive products back and that I have to paid the product..I will like the Revdex.com to help me recover my money..Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my master card for the first two products that they said they were free trial (180.00) and I want to be able to return the other two products they sent me next month and I didn't ask for them... (180.00) and received a full refund as well. thank you [redacted]

charges to my credit card were:

april 17---89.95

march 19--89.95

march 19--89.95 for a total of 269.85 not for 89.95..it was a free trial that was all I wanted..I received the product more than 20 days after I place the order..I even forgot about the trial.. how come I was suppose to cancel something that I didn't even received and was suppose to returned it 15 days? ..anyway I paid anooother charge for april 17..no I don't agree...I want the credit for my 269.85 please.

Review: Jivam skin care charged me $89.95 for a tiny bottle of anti-aging skin care cream for which I'd purchased (S & H only ha, ha) a "free" trial on 2/25/2015. According to them, the trial was really only for 14 days INCLUDING the shipping time, such that I received their product on 3/2/2015 and was billed for it on 3/11/2015. They point out that the "fine print" says this is how the trial works. I believe that the link I clicked in an article was stating that [redacted] recommended the product and that the trial would NOT result in any further charges. I started using the product on 3/3, so had only used it a handful of times (not nearly enough to do justice to a "trial") and want all consumers to know that this company is not selling a product in which they believe and will support, but just a get rich quick scheme taking advantage of people. I did not see the "fine print" that said this would happen and truly thought I'd read something to the contrary. I am going to dispute the charge via my credit card company and make Jivam PROVE that I purchased the product through a web page that had that language. In the meantime, please CONSUMERS, be aware of these "fake" trials as these people have no interest in recurring customers, they just want to get $89.95 out of as many people as they can before closing up shop and starting some new "free" trial with questionable business practices and ethics. PLEASE NOTE: They do not send a confirmation email, so there's no reminder of the trial length or how much the subsequent charge will be, not to mention no confirmation number, order number, or anything.Desired Settlement: I called them the day after the trial supposedly ended. In fact, since I ordered very late at night, I called them just over 12 hours after the 14 days INCLUDING SHIPMENT TIME ended and they refused to refund my money. This, regardless of the fine print IF IT EVEN EXISTED, is very unethical. It would be one thing if I'd waited until days or weeks later, but they charged me the instant the "trial" ended and I want my money back and I want other consumers to be aware of these con artists.

Jivam skin care ads for $4.95 (shipping only) free trial is a SCAM. They mislead customers to sign up for a subscription based program that then charges the customer with an $89.95 fee for the product received. So you don't pay for "just shipping" at all. When I saw the charge on my credit card it was already too late according to the terms and agreements Jivam insists on. By the time the bigger charge hits your card, the 14 daqy period is over and they refuse to refund. I thought there was a 30 day trial for any product purchased online. Is that incorrect?

Anyway, don't buy from this deceptive and dishonest business!

Review: I responded to an ad for a free trail of skin product if you pay shipping. I received the product after quite some time. Shortly after, I received another box of skin product. Upon calling the company I find out that my credit card had been charged 3 times for product. First of all, I never signed up for continued subscription. Upon searching the internet I find that many others have had the same issue. The company says that the add said they were signing you up after 14 day free trial. NO IT DIDN"T SAY THAT. I ordered it on the 14th of the month. They billed me on the 28th. It took them quite some time to get me the product. Even if I had agreed to them signing me up for this "free trial". WHERE WOULD THE 14 DAY FREE TRIAL BE??? - as they claim. I didn't have the product before they billed me. So technically, they billed me for product without any 14 day trial, which is false advertising. The customer service agent told me the ad redirected me to Jivam's website. I can go there and check it out. REALLY which website did it actually redirect me to. In searching this product, I find numerous variations of the website. Each one saying just alittle something different. When they ship out the product, they only send a packing slip with no invoice or amount on it, so technically people may think it is actually a free trial sample. When you purchase something, there should be an invoice with it, which there was not. Second issue I have is that they billed my credit card 3 times when they in fact only shipped out 2 products. When I asked why they billed me for 3 when I only had 2, they couldn't answer. I was told I could not return the 2 unopened boxes. Another thing is ehe company billed my credit card for $89.99 which is double what I could purchase this product for elsewhere. This product is $39.99 elsewhere. This company is ripping people off with deceptive and inaccurate advertising.Desired Settlement: Remove all charges from my credit card. I have entered a dispute with my credit card company, which is waiting for a resolution. I would also like to see corrected advertising on each and everyone of there many websights.

Review: Ordered a product for $4.95 and got charged $89.95 for a .05 oz. of Jivam Skin Care cream. If they were going to charge me almost $100, they could've at least sent me a bigger container.Desired Settlement: If they don't give me a refund. Then these companies need to be VERY CLEAR about the product that they are sending to unsuspecting purchasers and that if they don't cancel within the allotted time, that they will be charged full price for a tiny little container. That, or at least produce a bigger container. After all, the product probably only contains a skin cream that you can get at any Walmart.

Review: I ordered trial a trial bottle of Jivam Skin care. They advertise on the internet trial bottles for just shipping charges. Today, 14 days after trial order was sent, I had a charge of 89.95 hit my bank account. When I called them they informed me I had checked their agree to terms box and I needed to call them before 14 days. Nothing was noted about this on the internet ANYWHERE!!

They say it is under their agree to terms. They refused to back out the 89.95 charge and tried to talk me into extending trial period to 30 days and I would get a 50% price reduction. Very misleading advertising.Desired Settlement: Refund of money and change in advertising. Company needs to state up front about 14 day trial period and cost of product. They are affiliated with [redacted] also, who gave me the same feedback, and was ordered at the same time.

This is clever SCAM marketing for skin care. The product gave no visible results. The claim is a 30-day supply (supposedly via customer service on the phone), the marketing details state a 2-week trial supply all you pay is shipping for $5. Then as an added bonus you can get a 2-week trial supply of derma soft ( I believe that is correct) eye cream for only $5 shipping. I did not even want the eye cream but it only gave one functional option on the screen to progress to the next page and next thing you know you see a screen stating you just opted in. Most people, like myself, would not be worried about a $5 trial eye cream and be o.k. with it. After the immediate billing of $10 and 30 days a consumer is then billed for the "free" trial product of $89.95 for the cream and $89.95 for the eye product. I called the number on my credit card bill who was a third party and he informed me the skin care companies do this all the time. He couldn't even tell me a number to get in touch with those who were billing me and kept apologizing. He truly seemed apathetic to the situation. The products themselves did not come with any contract and terms or contact information on any pages. Once I called Jivam I was connected with [redacted]. Through tone and choice of words you could see they are well versed in their position in making the customer seem like an ie. There was no customer service on a refund or working with the customer. It's pretty much you agreed, you fell to our scam, thanks for your money! Then he went on to tell me it was a month supply of cream! I'm sorry but maybe for my 4 year old daughter. I don't use a lot of cream. This was at most 3 weeks. So it's a marketing scam on the screen, in product, and through their representatives on the phone. Save your $190 and don't fall for this!!
