I received two calls regarding this issue right away! I haven't had the option of calling them back due to my phone being broken, but tomorrow I plan on calling the GM of Jk chevrolet and speak to him more thoroughly about the issue in the first place.I thought it was strange that I made attempts to reach people at this same dealership multiple times with no luck but the first time I go tthe next step as far as reaching out the the Revdex.com I received a call within days.Thank you for the help I will fill you in on the details after the call

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Per my attorney [redacted] ***, there are too many moving parts to this situation right now My attorney wants to see JK Chevrolet outright buy [redacted] 's car from her and for her not to come up with any down payment or any form of payment in her trade in because my attorney feels I have have had enough emotional struggles dealing with this car When trading car in, [redacted] does NOT want a hail damaged car either.Custard Adjusting is an indépendant adjusting company that has been the adjuster on my car JK Chevrolet called while I was at the Revdex.com and said it would be another week to a week and a half before approved before they can start working on my car JK tried to get in contact with the adjuster for six days and they said "there is more damage to the car".This insurance adjustor texted me a day before meeting with my attorney Then kept on sending harassing texts wanting to look at my car I wanted to speak to my attorney before they looked at the car JK body shop said the insurance adjustor came by their shop wanting my keys, then said it would be or days if not today before they can look at the car I told them to get away from my car They do not have my permission My attorney did approve the adjustor to look at car on April 23.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:We have our own personal repair guy who does the work on my vehicle that is not covered under warrantyHe is the one I also paid to fix my valve cover gaskets that was leaking and I am thinking that was may have been run down IDK know since I don't see a puddle on the drivewayI all ready paid for my belt to be serviced around 64,The service manager only said it was required to be replaced at 60,not at 100,I also was waiting on your response on this matter and your service manager kept on throwing frustrations and prices at me and attitudesWhen I tell him one thing he all ways came back with something negative and was not trying to compromise with me at allI also was going to pay for my strut mounts to be put on and not worry about the other noise but he was so rude to me till I got frustrated with the way he kept talking to me There is not oil in my driveway at all is what I also kept telling himHe did not have to keep making smart comments to me I am human as well and he did not give us time to determine what we wanted to do he just kept trying to tell us what the warranty is not going to cover when I all ready spoke to them and they said it was coveredI park in same place in my driveway and I see nothing there at all pertaining to oil If I have to bring in a photo of my driveway then I canThanks anyway Sincerely, [redacted]

I just got off the phone w/ Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] vehicle is currently in JK Chevrolet’s Body shop She was in a very bad accident Friday After a long conversation with Mrs [redacted] , about her accident and purchase experience, she understands where the communication breakdown occurred with our team She is please that her loan is thru the bank of her choosing and very please she purchased the insurance coverage she did She stated she was very happy she purchased the gap and disability insurance, especially after the type of accident she was in JK Chevrolet will be working with Mrs [redacted] moving forward on getting her vehicle repaired under the terms of her insurance company Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you withThank you, [redacted] General ManagerJK Chevrolet Subaru

Most used vehicles are sold as is without any warranty of any typehowever we do offer a day 50/warranty on used vehicles we sellTo qualify ....you have to bring the vehicle to our serivce department for validation within the first days of purchaseany and all items that need repair
will be discussed agreed to and handled on the 50/basis as is our customI did recieve a call today from this customer and she left a message on my cell phone that I gave her as a token of good will that I would not evade or avoid her calls be fore I could respond to her voice mail she chose to complain to you guys so here is what I am willing to doi wll reveiw any reciepts she has availible and make some adjustments based on the eveidence provided. I am concened about what may have happen to the new batteries although they may have been the incorret batteries they still may be of some value to us????? I may not be able to adjust those The customer can send the invoices to you or to me directly and I will reveiw and render a decision based on what is fair to all parties although our process was not followed we will try every thing that has taken place upon arriving at a final decision

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the fact that the car was wrecked three days after my first payment date and the wreck was no fault of mine, I would like to discuss trading the vehicle in for a different car I firmly mentioned I did not want GAP, Life/Disability insurance and would STILL like that to be removed from any contracts I sign with you I've been a long time acquaintance and customer of the service department and would hope you would be willing to work with me to resolve this matter.Sincerely,*** ***

Issues were corrected on previous visit customer's vehicle is in our shop currently with what is apparent vehicle body damage to the affected areas customer has been advised to contact physical damage insurance company for resolutionwe do not warranty damage only mechanical failure within
the terms of the warranty hope this helps all concerned

As Ms*** has consulted and or hired an Attorney we believe all communication as well as any resolution should be directed by her attorney to the appropriate parties and do not believe this is a matter for the Revdex.comIf Ms*** has not hired an attorney to address these matters as it relates to JK Chevrolet our original offer to resolve the matter of canceling insurance products that she does not desire can be achieved by forwarding us a letter signed by her making the request to cancel the products. Upon receipt of the letter we will start the process to cancel the products and refund the proceeds to the bank that provided the loan originally . We do not believe we have any responsibility to the damaged vehicle or the accident and do not believe it would be proper for us to comment on the nature or resolution of that matter. We trust and hope you and your Attorney can separate these issues as in our opinion they are not related

We warranty every used vehicle we sell for days 50/or the balance of the manufactor's warrantyby evidence of this notification this vehicle has exceeded the warranty we provideAccording to the customers comments they have already asked and received multiple codes from the manufactor
of the radioThe only solution that remains is to have the radio removed and sent back to the manufactor for reseting or replacing the unitAll would be at the customers expense based on the time since purchase.sincerely * ***

attached are copies of Mr ***s warranty as provided by General Motors also I attached the explaination of the limited warranty for your and Mr ***s reveiwalthough the copy attached is of the power train warranty the data is clear on the items covered and not covered by the limited powertrian warranty by general motorsat the end of the day if General Motors policy allowed for payment of the item in question we would have simply replaced it and sent general motors the bill. IF AN ITEM IS UNDER WARRANTY WHEN IT IS REPLACED THE WARRANTY ON THAT ITEM REPLACED EXPIRES WITH THE ORIGINAL WARRNATY EVEN IF I WAS ONLY ONE DAY LEFT WHEN THE ITEM IS REPLACED. Currently Mr ***s balance of warranty on selective systems is attached for his and your reviewhub bearings are part of the exclueded items from the power train warranty
