More information received 12/2/14 Unfortunately the service manager has showed and made it very clear he does not want to service my vehicle at all. He told me that if my warranty cover my struts he would have them changed and I was going to pay for the strut mounts to be put on which he said...

would be and extra $56. I had my car taken in to other two places for second opinions from companies that specialize in front end service. He also stated I needed a timing belt which is going bad for the second time around. I know when I bring my vehicle in the parts that I am told are bad are covered under my warranty. He told me my warranty denied my struts but when I called come to find out they never mentioned the struts at all. He also made a big deal about my warranty not covering my timing belt and they do it’s in black and white and plus I asked them myself. Well he called my warranty and told them that I don’t need any struts and there is nothing wrong with my timing belt so they could block my repairs and he did not have to pay the techs out his pocket to do the work. I all ways come there for service to my vehicle from oil changes I paid for on up. I have never had to fight and bicker to get my car serviced there before at all. This unprofessional matter and stunt he pulled was uncalled for all he keeps doing is wanting me to come out my pocket for repairs why should I if I have a warranty to pay for the labor and repairs. He tells me if they pull my front end apart I will have to pay the tech out my pocket to do it. I am pass fed up with his attitude and unwillingness to repair my vehicle on top of that lying to my warranty company so they can block the repairs so I can pay for them myself. Timing belt is a major repair issue this is my only mode of transportation and for him to lie about it so he want have to do anything to my car WOW I have never seen this type of service before at all. This service department is very unprofessional and all ways do not do the work they are suppose to do they take the easy way out of repairing people cars which tells me why I keep having to get my front end looked at for the same issues. Spraying lubricate and then charging my warranty for parts that were never put on it very bad. Stick to your word and stop trying to do everything to not fix my vehicle. If I know my parts are not under warranty duhhh I would not bring my car in to have techs fix it when I know they have to be paid. Customer service should be this service manager main priority and not how much money you can spend for parts that are all ready under warranty makes no sense at all. Stop throwing temper tantrums when its work that need to be done and you don't want to do it. It's part of your job to work and make sure the customer car does not leave the same way it came in which mine has every time I took it in to be serviced. Every time I get it serviced here it came back the same way or it had something new wrong with it, This is the worst service manager and service department I ever had to deal with makes no sense I have to go through all this mess just to get my vehicle repaired.   Customer service should be number one and not about what jobs to take on that are easy to make money off of. Every car that come through needs to be attended to equally and properly not pick and choose what car you want to fix and which one you do not. Your not going to all ways have a easy car you can fix right away all issues are not going to be the same. If you did not want to fix it at all you should of said that not go lie to my warranty people to block the repairs just so you can get your way. You can't keep patching up people cars and expect to have happy customers in the end. Fix the problem the right way and stop trying too weasel your way out of paying the techs for the work they do. If you make sure it is fixed and parts are being put on the first time around you want and go see for yourself it is being done then you want have to keep getting cars back for the same issue. The way you feel about someone and their vehicle shows and comes out in the work that you do and don't do to their vehicle especially warranty vehicles.

I received two calls regarding this issue right away! I haven't had the option of calling them back due to my phone being broken, but tomorrow I plan on calling the GM of Jk chevrolet and speak to him more thoroughly about the issue in the first place.I thought it was strange that I  made...

attempts to reach people at this same dealership multiple times with no luck but the first time I go tthe next step as far as reaching out the the Revdex.com I received a call within 2 days.Thank you for the help I will fill you in on the details after the call.

There is not a warranty card availible for Mr [redacted].  Any General Motors dealers will give Mr [redacted] the same information I shared in the previous online comment. We do not issue nor does General Motors issue cards. We...

simply go on line to General Motors service site, put the vehicle identification number in the system and the balance of the warranty for Mr [redacted] or any other General Motors vehicle owner once the vin is provided, will be supplied on line.  I hope this answers the matter for all involved.  Additional time invested will not reveal any other options.

I am rejecting this response because:
When a part is replaced and the same part goes bad again, and I brought it to them and it doesn't work again.  Why does this keep happening?
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: 10582475
I am rejecting this response because:  Per my attorney [redacted], there are too many moving parts to this situation right now.  My attorney wants to see JK Chevrolet outright buy [redacted]'s car from her and for her not to come up with any down payment or any form of payment in her trade in because my attorney feels I have have had enough emotional struggles dealing with this car.  When trading car in, [redacted] does NOT want a hail damaged car either.Custard Adjusting is an indépendant adjusting company that has been the adjuster on my car.  JK Chevrolet called while I was at the Revdex.com and said it would be another week to a week and a half before approved before they can start working on my car.  JK tried to get in contact with the adjuster for six days and they said "there is more damage to the car".This insurance adjustor texted me a day before meeting with my attorney.  Then kept on sending harassing texts wanting to look at my car.  I wanted to speak to my attorney before they looked at the car.  JK body shop said the insurance adjustor came by their shop wanting my keys, then said it would be 3 or 4 days if not today before they can look at the car.  I told them to get away from my car.  They do not have my permission.  My attorney did approve the adjustor to look at car on April 23.Sincerely,
[redacted]

I personally recieved  this same email this morning .  I was in the process of investigating the matter.. after reveiw of some of the facts we are concerned about some of the statements made here.  for the record on or about November 29, 2013  with  about 105,780 miles on the vehicle we determinined that the struts were bad on this vehicle contacted AUL ( the extended service agreement company) shared the condition of the struts and were given the authorization to replace the struts and shocks . Recently with about 123,908 miles on the vehicle customer complained about noise on hard turns suggested that  another shop advised that struts were bad and needed replacement.. We examined the struts  they seem to be working as designed and were not leaking which would be another reason to fail the struts.. finding no failure we advised that the strut mounts could be the reason the struts were making noise, however we would not  know for sure until we trial and errored replaced the mounts which are not a covered item and would be an expense  beared by the vehicle owner.   we also advised the customer of  an oil leak and  timing belt noise.. the customer declined to have the olil leak repaired and insisted that the timing belt should be a covered item under  the terms of their extended service agreement.  Our understanding on this model  the timing belt has a maintence interval , needing to replace the timing belt at 100,000 miles if the belt is not replaced at  that interval replacement for failure would not be a covered item of most extended service agreements. it is our opinion that this is a maintence item since our records or records provided do not indicate belt replace by us or another authorized shop at 100,000 miles.  To sum it up AUL has many authorized servcie Agents in this area that we are sure would be able to provide another opinion and possible repair of the unit once authorized by the customer or AUL.  As I have reviewed the comments by the customer realizing that the customer chose not to give me a chance to respond directly to their email,  i believe the customer has indicated that she/they have lost all confidence in JK being able to repair their concern to their satisfaction. With that  in mind I would encourage the customer to seek another repair facility that they and AUL can agree upon since we have varying opinions of what will and will not be paid for under the terms of the AUL warranty. We want all of our customer to recieve any and all benifits they have coming to them however we are stil lof the opinion that any repairs to the before mention items would have to be paid for by the customer since we can  and have not found defects that we believe would be covered by any service agreement .  Thank you for taking the time to read this message as this is my final word on this matter.Sincerly, [redacted]Dealer Principal

As it relates to the products sold on the agreement  we are willing to flat cancel all of the insurance products with a written letter from the complaintant addressed to JK Chevrolet adivseing and authorizing the cancellation of the products  the money will be refunded to the banking institution and removed from the balance of the loan  we are truly sorry for the confusion and any inconvience we may have caused you  on the agreement.   As it relates to trading the vehicle if that is your wish we are willing to work with you once you have settled with your insurance company or the insurance company of the individual that was at fault. as this is truly an unrelated matter .

I just got off the phone w/ Mrs. [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] vehicle is currently in JK Chevrolet’s Body shop.  She was in a very bad accident Friday.  After a long conversation with Mrs. [redacted], about her accident and purchase experience, she understands where the communication...
