User contacted our team during a Holiday WeekendAs we state in our automated response, we will respond within ONE business day in-regards to any support inquiries
Our system is set up to detect when a user has already purchased the Gold for $previously on any current or past accounts as well as any single purchase of Gold, which would also negate the offer.The only way this pay out would have occurred would be the user accessing the offer via a link
rather than the advertised sale page on the site

? Maybe if you guys check your support messages you would see what is is doing.? Its booting me off the right screen every few mins and when I'm in battle and I go to click on someone's name it takes forever to load then during a fight it kicks me off fight screen many times then takes forever to load?
