I am rejecting this response because:
The sticker and the scanner doesn't say anything about a display. How is a customer suppose to know that the code is for a display. Also your store didn't have the price marked at all for the item other than the evidence I submitted. So guests aren't allowed to know the true price of an item until they get to the register. Sounds like a bait and switch to me

Withdrawing my complaint.....as it turns out, the minus sign wasn.t visible on the receipts...they were invisible due to background lettering...and prices were correct.

I am rejecting this response because: They STILL have not shipped this order.  How is this "expediting"?  Until this order is received by us this is an unacceptable response.And why did they cancel the original order after three days for no reason?  What is "verification" reasons?  Why didn't anyone from Jo-An stores call us?  This is really bad service.

I am rejecting this response because:The sales associates do say that this heavy duty cavas is a material that can be used for outdoor use.   Maybe they need to train the associates better on the knowledge of their materials and not have them misrepresent the material.  My argument still is the fact that this material that was sold as outdoor material but I guess isn't, still should last more than two months.  It was on a covered patio and if you look at the pictures you will see how bad it looks.  OK so the sales associates don't know their stuff but you would think that JoAnns would stand behind the manufactures that they buy from when it fades or discolors in such a short time!  Heavy canvas is should be durable outdoor or not.  To think that I will have to pay another 598.00 to have these remade is insane!  I am hoping that they reconsider.  I ahve many more pictures if you would like to see them but could only add the 4.Today, December 28, 2017 a check did arrive in the mail for the 120.00.

While I do understand the flyers state that prices may vary; however, that in no way gives the impression that advertised sale prices will not be honored online especially when certain items are marked as in store only while others are not - just that in general pricing may be different online. If what you mean is that advertised sale prices are guaranteed in store only (where available) then state that specifically.
To be fair, I contacted JoAnn's customer service again after the complaint, at which time that representative was willing to honor the sale pricing. So, it seems as though it may depend on which representative you get.
As for the birthday coupon, I was told twice there was nothing they could do to honor that online.
