revdex sucks
despite clarification REVDEX has made no attempt to correct this misrepresentation of the company and of their own site where many of these "reviews" are NOT reviews rather cut and paste from the bbb and the items on here twice are still being counted as separate things. For not taking and interest in making sure their readers get accurate info, revdex sucks.,

They totally took care of me
I bought some stuff with them and I gave the wrong address by mistake. After mailing it I called and they really worked at getting my package to me. I havent forgotten that. Their jocks are great and I was happy with mine

Placed an order with them early November - sent an email days later and since then several more but they have not responded to a single email - finally cancelled through [redacted] as they don;t even have a business number! I think this company may be a scam! I have never had such poor customer service ordering through the internet as with this company!

This company is a website ecommerce store and I'm afraid that REVDEX is misrepresenting it by cutting and pasting not reviews, but complaints from the BBB site. These complaints have been resolved.

I am getting an error from your site when I try to see the actual complaint I will try again later However you should know that we spent the last week moving and have a new address That is why the delay in a response Im sorry our new address is *** *** ***

Please see the attached for reference I'm cutting my losses and I won't be responding to these attempts anymore They are petty and sad Every email you sent to me is attached Note no moving address or forwarding address mentioned until after the label printed The coupon code you entered was not valid and it was not accepted and despite your using words like the " refund I was promised" or "guaranteed refund"CLEARLY there never was a discount on your order It was TWO MONTHS after your purchase that you mentioned a discount and it was only in conjuction with the delivery issues And your very own question was about not knowing whether you would get a discount or not Every single response I wrote to the Revdex.com mentioned there was no discount yet the discount "dead horse" is still getting beat Well, I'm out When you made the purchase you create an "account" with JocksByRJ even though you continue to deny knowing anything about it Well, you created a password and your email was your logon name THAT is an account The reason you don't see any monies for future purchases there is because when you embarked on a mission through social media to harrass us (YES, LEGALLY HARRASS) and deceive *** by creating an account based on Jocksbyrj, and not yourself; that was the moment I began to question your credability Clearly you had no problem lying to ***, so I figure it's not too far a reach I then removed the credit for future purchases from your account and I told you that as well.As far as professionalism goes, take a look at your emails to me They are full of profanity and ill-will and YOU got personal We never did And that is the definition of professionalism.As stated before, the discount code SUMMER was NOT a valid one at the time of purchase and it was not mentioned at all as an issue until September I'll be clear: YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING ANY UNAUTHOURIZED OR INVALID DISCOUNTS AS YOU ARE REQUESTING Be well

order.  We don’t have any inventory just sitting here but instead construct your item to your specifications when you order them.  As you said, you already received two items and this item, which is made with your waist and thigh measurement is almost ready to go out.  We have no use for your item and can’t re-sell them since they are made and sized for you.  However, if you are unhappy with anything we will gladly fix any problems or adjust any measurements for you free of charge. Because of the delay, I did credit your account with us for twenty bucks for you to use as you wish on our site.  I apologize for the wait on your shorts but you will have them soon. Im surprised to read this about Jocks By RJ. I ve been buying from them for like 5 years and never had a problem. As a matter of fact, they helped me out by rushing an order once for me. Most of these posts seems pretty old, maybe its not like that anymore.

Review: I palced an order from them on 5/**/2015. a week later I tried calling the number on their website. a guy answer the phone than hang up on me like he didnt know anything about the website. So, I emailed them with my order number/ I got a response back saying my order will will out in a couple of days. its been 3 weeks and I still havent recieved my order but the money was taken from my account. I tried calling several times and got no answer. The voicemail says " I train in paino and gutiar class" So, im guessing this company is a fraud. I sent several emails on their website and on their [redacted] page and got no answer. Today is 6/**/2015.Desired Settlement: I will like to recieve my ORDER or a Refund.

Review: On January *, 2016, I ordered 3 items. I finally received one of the 3 items on Tuesday, February [redacted], 2016. After several attempts to contact vendor via email about when I can expect to receive my other two items, I have received no response. I attempted to contact via the phone number listed on their website, but it appears to be a bogus number. At this point, I either want the other two items ASAP, or my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Either my items delivered as I ordered, or my money refunded.

Review: I ordered pair of leather Pant for 179.00 on 1/*/2015. the money was taken from my account. I never received my order. I sent an email on 1/*/2015 asking if they needed any additional measurements being that the pants are custom made. I never received an reply. So, on 1/**/2016 I sent any email to their [redacted] page page and still dont have any reply. As I check my account my order status still reads Awaiting Fulfillment. I also tried calling the number listed on their website but, their voice message system doesnt say anything about the website but says Guitar Lessons.

I still left a messageDesired Settlement: I would prefer to have my order with my correct size. Or, simply have a refund if they cannot give me what I paid for.

[On 1/**/2016 I contacted them through [redacted] stating that I have not received my order. They finally emailed me back once [redacted] deducted the funds from their account saying, we started on your pants but not finished yet, Since [redacted] deducted the money from their account they cant finish them until the money be put back into their account. the money was put back on 1/**/2016.They assured me that I will get my pant. its 2/**/2016 and I still have yet to receive my order. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM ANYMORE. ]
