Review: Not only am I waiting for my item, I'm waiting for any acknowledgment that my custom order has even been started. I ordered this in July, and understand delay in a customized order, especially an item of clothing, but after sending money to this company, I haven't received any information from them except for a few email addresses to contact, none of which I have received responses to. All they have done so far is take my money.

Additionally, I inputted a discount code '[redacted]', eligible at the time of the order, for 25% off any item, sale included, and purchased this item on sale at a price of $59.99. This brings my order to $45 plus shipping, but I was charged $90 for the item. I'm waiting on my discount and confirmation and so far, have not seen evidence of either.

I would prefer to receive my item and discount rather than cancel the transaction but can no longer wait for the goodwill of the company owners to respond without taking administrative action. Unfortunately, that means going through the Revdex.com to resolve this. I hope we can come to an amicable resolution so that I may get the item I paid for two months ago.Desired Settlement: I would like my customized item, plus the discount that was guaranteed at the time of sale.

Please see the attached for reference. I'm cutting my losses and I won't be responding to these attempts anymore. They are petty and sad. Every email you sent to me is attached. Note no moving address or forwarding address mentioned until after the label printed. The coupon code you entered was not valid and it was not accepted and despite your using words like the " refund I was promised" or "guaranteed refund"... CLEARLY there never was a discount on your order. It was TWO MONTHS after your purchase that you mentioned a discount and it was only in conjuction with the delivery issues. And your very own question was about not knowing whether you would get a discount or not. Every single response I wrote to the Revdex.com mentioned there was no discount yet the discount "dead horse" is still getting beat. Well, I'm out. When you made the purchase you create an "account" with JocksByRJ even though you continue to deny knowing anything about it. Well, you created a password and your email was your logon name. THAT is an account. The reason you don't see any monies for future purchases there is because when you embarked on a mission through social media to harrass us (YES, LEGALLY HARRASS) and deceive [redacted] by creating an account based on Jocksbyrj, and not yourself; that was the moment I began to question your credability. Clearly you had no problem lying to [redacted], so I figure it's not too far a reach. I then removed the credit for future purchases from your account and I told you that as well.As far as professionalism goes, take a look at your emails to me. They are full of profanity and ill-will and YOU got personal. We never did. And that is the definition of professionalism.As stated before, the discount code SUMMER was NOT a valid one at the time of purchase and it was not mentioned at all as an issue until September. I'll be clear: YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING ANY UNAUTHOURIZED OR INVALID DISCOUNTS AS YOU ARE REQUESTING. Be well.

This exceptionally petty response does not address the 'credit', 'account,' or 'discount' JocksByRJ has promised. While I understand the irritation on both ends that comes from reliance and a lack of performance for a paid delivery and the subsequent attempts to respond, if [redacted] offered a 'credit' in any way, shape, or form for his gross negligence in sending out my item, I would like him to honor that request. Whether or not we had a conflict is irrelevant at this point. I am waiting on my promised discount, as mentioned in the Revdex.com responses, and to end this.
