Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We are surprised at how easy it is for the Revdex.com to get a response as the dealership has not answered our emails and we have no return calls from [redacted] ***The issue we have with the dealership is that they concealed the service record on this vehicle from us during the saleWe specifically asked for it and was told no repairs had been performed on the vehicle as it only had milesThey produced a Carfax report which was clean only because they did not report the repairs to CarfaxWe started having trouble with the transmission and learned that the repairs "attempted" at Machens were not done correctly and that the entire engine harness had been replaced along with the brake actuator and the horn relayall this on a new vehicleThe faulty repair done at Machens has potentially damaged the cam shaft according to the Dealership in Texas who worked to reinstall the sensor Machens did not install correctlyWe would have never purchased the vehicle knowing this and want our money backincluding our travel expenses and taxes paidWe feel this is fair as they defrauded us into buying this vehicle by with holding material information concerning this sale.We asked for a refund and received a response from [redacted] that he would do thatBut have not been able to finalize that deal as he did not respond to our follow up emails to discuss how to get the vehicle back to Missouri from TexasI guess he wants me to drive this defective vehicle back and I can't do thatWe have not driven the vehicle since we had this problem with the Transmission locking upWe would be happy to hear from [redacted] to finalize this refund but we are not able to get through to do soThe ball has been in their court and would be glad to discuss this with him Sincerely, [redacted] ***
