Joe Machens Nissan Reviews (27)

To whom it may concern,  One of our sales managers, [redacted], has spoke with Mrs. [redacted] as of the morning of January 4th.  The tracking number for the title delivery was given to Mrs. [redacted] by our title clerk.  Our sales manager [redacted] looked into the referral...

check.  The sales person did promise Mrs. [redacted] the money.  The sales person did not follow the proper process to ensure the referral would be paid.  However, we are sending a check to Mrs.  [redacted] based on [redacted]'s conversation with Mrs. [redacted] and his findings.  That should arrive to Mrs. [redacted] sometime next week via regular mail.  Any other issues or questions, please let me know.  Sincerely, [redacted]General Manager Joe Machens Nissan

Ms. [redacted] title was ready we had to wait on the lien release from the bank where Joe Machens Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram purchased the vehicle.  The release finally came in from the bank Jan 31, 2017.  We attached a late fee check for the Department of Revenue.  We are truly sorry...

for the delay.  The title and lien release are ready to be picked up at our store. The sales manager will be calling Ms. [redacted] advising it is ready.  Sincerely,  [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
We are surprised at how easy it is for the Revdex.com to get a response as the dealership has not answered our emails and we have no return calls from [redacted]. The issue we have with the dealership is that they concealed the service record on this vehicle from us during the sale. We specifically asked for it and was told no repairs had been performed on the vehicle as it only had 750 miles. They produced a Carfax report which was clean only because they did not report the repairs to Carfax. We started having trouble with the transmission and learned that the repairs "attempted" at Machens were not done correctly and that the entire engine harness had been replaced along with the brake actuator and the horn relay... all this on a new vehicle. The faulty repair done at Machens has potentially damaged the cam shaft according to the Dealership in Texas who worked to reinstall the sensor Machens did not install correctly. We would have never purchased the vehicle knowing this and want our money back... including our travel expenses and taxes paid. We feel this is fair as they defrauded us into buying this vehicle by with holding material information concerning this sale.We asked for a refund and received a response from [redacted] that he would do that... But have not been able to finalize that deal as he did not respond to our 2 follow up emails to discuss how to get the vehicle back to Missouri from Texas. I guess he wants me to drive this defective vehicle back and I can't do that. We have not driven the vehicle since we had this problem with the Transmission locking up. We would be happy to hear from [redacted] to finalize this refund but we are not able to get through to do so. The ball has been in their court and would be glad to discuss this with him.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We have offered everything that we can at this time. The customer drove the car over a year with no issues. We are willing to do repairs at internal cost if customer wants.

We offer to buy the vehicle back from the customer. They needed to get the Xterra titled. They have since changed direction since the vehicle was fixed by Nissan. The vehicle only has 3500 miles on it and is under factory warranty. Our dealership had not had the vehicle in our shop on the same...

repair. The vehicle was running fine when the customer took delivery in missouri. The customer lives in Texas and was very happy when they took delivery of the Xterra. We follow up with the dealership in Texas that performed the repair and issue had been fixed.  Thanks [redacted]General Manager
