response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution will only be satisfactory to me on the condition that the balance of the truck is a total of $2320. I am having to pay for the repairs even though they should still be covered under the warranty given by the company. When I go to their office, I want to be able to pick up the title to the vehicle and I want my monthly payments to start out as fresh without any late fees charged. I am only behind on the payments due to the company not fixing my vehicle. I want my payments to be the $per month as agreed upon at the time of sale.
