In May of I hired Driveways by Heap to sealcoat my drivewayThis is the second complaint concerning this matter that I have filedDuring the sealcoating, the sealcoating material splashed onto and stained my garage doorAfter my earlier complaint they promised to take care of the matter by trying a different solventI agreed to this resolutionHowever that has not happenedThis company is full of empty promisesI have since left several messages with no call backNo one answers the call and there is never a call backI was at one point told that they would hire someone else to take care of the matterThey did send someone out to take a picture of the stain but there has been no further action,Desired Outcome: At this point it seems that cleaning is not an option and I would expect replacement of the damaged panel on the garage doorIf they are finally able to clean or repair the stain in any other way I would expect a guarantee that the door will remain in excellent condition with no fading, discoloration, peeling, or further staining for the life of the door

the statement made about the inclement weather is untrue in regards to the date of July 29th It was a hot , sunny , day that I stayed home from work until pm to meet with the repair technician I called the office at 1pm when no one arrived to say I had to go to work as I was already being docked half a day's pay No phone call and no technician ever came to my house that day I called on July with yet another message expressing my frustration No call back I have called times since then no answer no calls backSo yes, I am being ignored As far as the company coming today--- I wouldn't know I am on vacation and will be home tomorrow There is a car in the driveway so I'm not sure how the company could work around it I hope and pray they did do it but, I'm extremely disappointed that this company would basically lie to the Revdex.com I will let you know as soon as I get home tomorrow I do thank you Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] , Indentations and tire marks are something that commonly happens in a new drivewayIt happens no matter who puts the driveway in and what material is usedIf you go back to your contract and look it will say that tire marks are not covered under our guaranteeYou can call any paving company or look it up on line and you will get the same responseGenerally no paving company covers them.The reason for this is that asphalt is oil based, making it flexibleWhen it is warm out and the asphalt heats up tire marks can occurIt has absolutely nothing to do with the material or the workmanshipHowever, all of that being said we have come out to take care of your tire marks once this year and we will come out again to repair the ones you have nowWhen the weather gets cooler, probably in October, we would be more than happy to come out and fix them for you.I have attached a copy of a blank paving proposal with our guarantee circled.Thank You, [redacted]

I have delt with various asphalt companies in my past homes and never experienced the difficulties with the asphalt that I'm experiencing with yoursI waited more than the appropriate time u suggested to walk, drive or park on the driveway (month) so I don't understand your answerI have a year warrenty with this company and if u stated that the warranty doesn't cover/repair tire marks, than what does it cover?? Not sure if the products your company is using is old, cheap or was installed improperly but knowing that one of your customers are unhappy should be a red flagU did state that u would repair my driveway sometime in October, not trusting that would happen knowing your company does not return phone calls nor answer the phoneYour customer service is less than mediocre and it's sad that u treat your customers that wayThere were thousands of asphalt companies to choose from and I'm sorry I chose this one Regards [redacted]

Hi ***,I' am sorry you were not satisfied with our customer serviceUnfortunately due to all of the rain and bad weather and we have had it has been extremely difficult to get everyone rescheduledEvery single time it rains we have to stop workingThe unfortunate thing is that right when we had
an idea of the date we could put you on for you cancelledAll messages were relayed to *** but as I stated earlier it was nearly impossible to know when we were going to be able to schedule you until we had some nice days and were able to start to be caught upI truly am sorry for any inconvenience this caused for you.All the Best*** ***Driveways By heap

To whom it may concern , Mr*** was given a quote on July for a new driveway installationAs you can see from the attached copy of the quote, there were three different prices givenOne price for $was given for a new linear foot by linear foot drivewayThis
included the excavation of the existing grass/loam/topsoil/roots/and rocks, and the full installation of a new asphalt drivewayThat driveway was completed in full and Mr*** paid $for that driveway in full on September At the bottom bar on the proposal (right underneath the new driveway price) you will two additional pricesOne for $for a sealcoat on his original driveway, then a price of $if we also put a patch on the existing driveway as well as seal itThere was apparently a miscommunication regarding the amount of servicesMr*** never confirmed with me, to my knowledge, that he also wanted the patching/sealingAfter the driveway was completed and I asked for payment, he asked about the patch/seal and why it wasn't doneI told him that I must have misunderstood him but I would do my best to get that scheduled for the seasonHe then asked why he had to pay $if the patch/seal wasn't done and I then had to explain to him again that the prices were separatedWhen I did the original estimate (as I wrote on the proposal) I was very clear that the $was for the new driveway install ONLYHe told me he must have misunderstood but he paid for the driveway in fullNow as this installation occurred in September and our sealcoat team also does the patches, it simply got to late in the season to do the seal/patch by the time we had an openingSealcoat season ends in October although we can paved into DecemberI greatly apologize to Mr*** if this issue wasn't relayed to him appropriatelyIt is now and our sealcoat/patch team will start in about two weeks from todayWe will contact Mr*** directly to see if he would like this work to be done. We at Driveways by Heap take our reputation very seriously and we have never, nor will ever, add money to a job without express written permission by the homeownerWe are actually known as one of the only companies who gives guaranteed pricing on estimatesWe even hold our price for a full year without going upI'm not sure which "neighbor " Mr*** is referring to regarding "pricing on proposal is different" as the one neighbor of his we did received a price from us and that's what she paidI also went to her house ahead of time for free to kill several ground wasp nests before the paving took placeWe are an honest, responsible , ethical company and we pride ourselves on integrity

I realize that the weather played some part and that *** was responsive to my calls forwarding my messages to *** is the one who dropped the ball and never rescheduled and I went more than a week and never had a call back from herThat's when I cancelled the agreement.

We were expecting to receive a call to schedule an appointment to come out at a time convenient for the customer, [redacted] and [redacted] to meet at the customer's property. Hi I sent several more messages regarding the company.  I'm not sure if you have received them as they were put in to a ticket.  I called Revdex.com and was told to write in again.  Heap driveways came to my home when I was away on vacation.  I had emailed that I wanted no one to touch the drive until I was home so I could see the work being done.  They came anyway.  The job they did again was horrible.  Just wet tar in the hole.  Already it has sunk in .  I do have pictures of the driveway.  Please let me know what I can do to help facilitate this mess.  It has been 8 weeks . Thank you[redacted]

I waited more than the appropriate time u suggested to walk, drive or park on the driveway (1 month) so I don't understand your answer. I have a 3 year warrenty with this company and if u stated that the warranty doesn't cover/repair tire marks, than what does it cover?? Not sure if the products your company is using is old, cheap or was installed improperly but knowing that one of your customers are unhappy should be a red flag. U did state that u would repair my driveway sometime in October, not trusting that would happen knowing your company does not return phone calls nor answer the phone. Your customer service is less than mediocre and it's sad that u treat your customers that way. There were thousands of asphalt companies to choose from and I'm sorry I chose this one.
