Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] First off you knew from the very beginning that I was having heating issues just after the install At first I thought it was an insulation issue and asked you for help I waited and waited to hear from you and even called your office manager and asked if you were mad at me about something Next you sent email stating that I would see you during the week and yet you failed to show up nor did you call And yes I understood about the injury but that didn't stop you from posting on [redacted] on a regular basic Yet you didn't seem to concerned about my issues after the sale Not once did anyone call after the install to find out if there were any concerns And yes I did call your office During the past week my wife found out why I become angry and frustrated with her trying to find out the part ordered When people ask why I choose you, I can't for the life of me give them one reasonable answer As I promised, you fix my $system that I paid for and I will not bother you again I am glad you put in writing the facts you said (you never told about an issue with a [redacted] ) that [redacted] puts out a sub-standard system I have reached out to [redacted] and will be forwarding your comments about their product to them There, you heard it first Fix my heating system on 3/3/as you promised and you will be free of me I'll move on to what I hope is a reliable company that will followup with their customers and be available to help when their is a problem

Hey [redacted] , After speaking to both [redacted] & [redacted] they have come to terms in regards to a settlement We have installed the inside Air handler (Rough-in)& was waiting due to various reasons ( ieweather & work to be completed inside the home) to be able to perform the final trim-out on the install [redacted] has asked that we complete the install immediately & [redacted] has agreed to do so on 01/02/if the following requirements are met [redacted] agrees to settle with the Revdex.com in good standing Including signing a waiver to seek no further action against BSHA & Settle his account with BSHA as soon as the city inspects & Ok's th e completed work [redacted] Please call [redacted] or myself if you have any other questions [redacted]

Attached please find the paperwork that Ms [redacted] is requesting and which has been mailed to her twiceIt is still here awaiting the pick up she requested by her son in law as he never came by to get itShe is now asking for it to be mailed to a third address which I will do , this will also be the last mailing of said paperworkAs to her statement that she never approved the initial payment be made to her CC , the last line of the proposal states that system could be installed contingent upon deposit being received which Ms [redacted] did call to make over the phoneAlso #states all payments are due after completion of completed workMs [redacted] did agree to said terms by her signature on the proposal that she faxed back to us Anytime she has called the office she has always had the option of leaving a message if we do not answer as we do have a hr answering service, we can not always answer but do our best to return those calls ASAP Ms [redacted] is correct that statements she made to the insurance company true or not, is not our business nor do we care to make them such just stating that that statement along with the one she made to our technician made us uneasy about dealing with the situation our selves We do strive to make our customers happy and have many that are well pleased with our work, but you can never please everyone such as the case with Ms [redacted] She has everything we promised ( including the paperwork put in the mail to her third address ) and we do wish her well and many years of her system providing her much heating and cooling comfort

I am extremely pleased with my family's experience with BSH&A!! They came when they said they would be thereThey were very efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner & had great attitudes while on the job! These are some very professional, yet still personable guys which is what attracted my family to the company when we initially met them to get our estimateThey installed duct work and a new package central unit on our home in no time and it was a pleasure doing business with these guys!!

We were first contacted by Ms*** on 10/20/for a service call at her rental home *** *** *** *** SC We were told that the A/C was not workingThe tech that went out reported that the A/C was beyond repair and looked to have been out of order for quite some timeThis
was also confirmed by the tenant that stated the A/C had not worked since the prior summer.
We made Ms*** aware of thisShe then stated that it had been struck by lightning and that she wanted to get a report for her insurance companyWe did prepare her a proposal with repair cost and sent to her insurance company per her requestShe called back to schedule the replacement of the system we informed her that she would have to pay us up front and wait to be reimbursed by her insurance agent as we do not accept assignments from the insurance companies .
Ms*** did make the initial deposit by credit card and per our agreement knew the second half of the payment was to be made when the work was completed We did install and ask Ms *** if she was coming out to inspect as we were finishing up she said no, that her son in law Mr *** would be thereWe completed the work , registered the warranty and sent the receipts ( copies attached here ) to Ms *** She did call back at a later point and ask if we would send a statement to her insurance company saying that we had completed the work I did at that time call her insurance company again and happened to speak to the same agent she had spoken to previously
that assured me he had every thing he needed to make the payment to Ms*** He did make me aware that she had previously made a claim that the system had been struck by lightning at that time collecting payment for electronics she says was damaged at the same time but later retracted the statement that the system had also been damaged.
Ms *** called again the week of 12/14/saying that we had over charged her CCI pulled the original proposal and receipts and called her back to inform her that we had notShe stated that she had made a mistake and stated again at this time that she had still not gotten the paperwork and if it would be ok for her some in law to come by and pick up a copy We still have that copy waiting he never showed upAs for Ms *** wanting an apology we do not feel this is in order as we never "played " with her CC as she stated other than to charge the agreed upon amount and we do not keep CC information after the installIn reality it is she who owes us an apology stating" she feels like we are crooks " The first time our technician responded to her service call she called the office and made the statement that *** (our tech ) must have thought she was trying to cheat him ( he had informed the tenant that he had to receive payment for the service call which is company policy ) so that along with the statement from the insurance company made us hesitant to get involved but we did our job and completed the install as requested So at the cost of sounding unprofessional , as the saying goes "if the shoe fits....it's Ms *** that should be wearing it

***, I just received ***’s letter as promised below. He seems sincere in his recognition of service that fell short of his and my expectations. He has indicated that he has taken steps to assure future good service. Also, I was quite pleased to see that he will be providing me with preventive maintenance servicing for FIVE years on BOTH of my HVAC systems. Two years of service came with the newly installed system, and I had asked him on 1-29-15 to provide me with two years of free service on my other older system in return for all of my trouble up to that point. He has stepped up to the plate with FIVE years of free service, not two.
Once again, I appreciate your assistance in resolving my concerns.

I would not recommend this company to anyoneThey have inferior customer service and the owner refuses to return repeated phone calls for over a month to answer our questions and address our concerns over incomplete installation issuesWe had to hire another HVAC company and pay them to finish warranty work that wasn't completed by Boiling Springs Heating & Air

I would never recommend anyone to use Boiling Springs Heating and Air Their customer service is extrememely poor The owner is dishonest and seems to care nothing about his customers or his employees for that matter, just the money he can make off of them The reason why I included employees is because when he dropped of one of them at my home in March he left him there all day for hours without a mode of transporation to leave and get lunch, water, etcWe had a brand new HVAC unit installed in February of and have had to contact them on different occasions about problems since then and each time have been given excuses (if we could even get him to respond to phone calls) as to why he can't come out or send someone out to fix the problem after admitting that his guys are at fault on the installation of the unit He knew that our heat was going to auxilary heat and wasn't heating the home on one of the coldest nights knowing that I have year old twins in the home and would not send someone out to check or resolve the problemThe unit has had to have freeon put in twice and there's oil leaking, but they don't know where from and stated back in March that they would be back out in weeks to find out where the oil is coming from and resolve the problem and didn't call or come back until we had to make numerous calls and texts to Jason to get someone to come out When he did send someone it was ONLY to apply more freeon not to find out where the oil leak is coming from

Dear ** ***, I am sorry for the trouble you have with your new unitI'd like to first point out a couple items First: Upon our first meeting we talked about Brand selection We Brought to your attention of the "Known" Problems with the Expansion Valves on the
Particular Brand Unit that you wantedAlthough We highly advised a "different unit" you choose the system that we made you aware UPFRONT of the problems they were havingSecond: The Day you Called for service, We had a Major Winter Storm and our phones were down for part of that dayWe cannot control the weather or any non-communication that is resulted from lines being downDuring the time the phone lines were down is when you filed the complaint against usAfter every Job We do, we send out a survey, Thanking our customers for there businessWe enclose a self addressed stamped envelope for your ease of return In the letter it goes on to say"If at any time you experience any problems or concerns I urge you to call me so that I can make it rightI really mean itI can't fix a problem that I don't know about!"
Under the circumstances I do find it a bit unfair that you filed the complaint without first letting us come out to check itWe can not stress enough that you insisted on the Unit that We made very very clear had problems with expansion valves due to the Anti-Rust inhibiter That *** Compressors were using in 2014.
The warranty you have on your unit Covers the Compressor "part" for years All other Parts for years and Labor for yearThe warranty however does not cover 410-a nor does it cover any shipping cost.
The Company is willing to cover the shipping cost on the warranty part about and the cost of the 410-a which has to be re-claimed and new put back in about if this will Satisfy the customer?
Boiling Springs Heating and Air has established a solid reputation for standing behind everything we do for our customers and this situation is not any different

I had Boiling Springs Heating & Air install a new Heat Pump in my home last year. They were very professional in their installation and their employees were very courteous. When I had issues this Spring with a manufacturing defect in the unit causing it to leak freon they were able to repair it and even provided us with a portable AC unit to use before they could get the repairs fully completed.

When we purchased our new unit a year ago, I was very impressed with the salesperson who came out and gave the quote. The price was great and the installation was quick. Now fast forward 1 year, almost to the day...the AC went out and upon checking, my husband noticed that it was frozen. We called knowing we should still have a warranty and they were pretty prompt sending a tech. He tells my husband that he feels like it was a freon leak due to a valve being improperly installed, added freon and left us a bill for $285. Two days later the unit is frozen again. This time they are not so quick to get someone out (a couple days) and then we are told that the blower motor is bad, he "saw that when I was out here last week". Ok...but he still left me with a $285 bill for something that he didnt even fix?????? Now we are 4 days into it, they have to order a part and its going to cost $400 to install it. The part is under warranty but the labor warranty expired. I will leave it at that and you can make your own judgement as to whether or not to use this company. I will never call them again nor will I ever refer anyone to them again.

I purchased and new heat and air unit in December. With the purchase there was supposed to be a WIFi thermostat installed. I was told the day of set up that they were out of them and were expecting a shipment. I have contacted them every week but 1 (week of ice storm) I have only been called back ONCE about this and that was January 15 ( 1 month AFTER the unit was installed) they told me that they had the thermostats in and would be calling me on Monday of the next week to set a date when they could come and install it. Here it is OVER 1 month later I still do not have it installed NOR have they called me back. I would not recommend them.

Huge thank you to the entire team at Boiling Springs Heating and Air on the outstanding job done at my house installing our new heat pump!

I wish it could have happened in a more professional manner with the company cooperating with me. The first receipt wasmailed to the wrong address and no one has received it on that end. Now, I would gladly appreciate Mrs. [redacted] mailing the receipt to the second addressshe has been asked to mail the receipt. If I do not receive the document within a week, I will re-visit this website and this complaint.
