Veteran's Not Welcome
If you want an unethical dealership, come here! They start by advertising with veteran discounts which they don't honor! Take vehicles and sell them even after you put down "good faith money", the managers change the cost of vehicle, the finance dept adds things to total and doesn't go over the details then tells you all the paperwork is on a flash drive for review when only one document is there. And these numbers aren't even the ones which the sales and management quotes. No numbers or costs are given on extra services and when questioned on "why" no one will answer your question. So, if you want this type of service come here. Otherwise find another dealership! Oh, forgot about the great customer service from management where they treat you with abruptness. rudeness and basically boarding on unprofessionalism but some really like this type of service. Great Sales Representative in Dwayne Flowers who tried to do the right thing till management and finance got involved.

I bought a used Chevy Avalanche 2wd and turns out to be a lemon and am having no help from the dealership with making it right I have never in my life had to deal with a company that has had such poor customer service in my lifeIf you are in the market for a new or used car I would avoid Sportcity Toyota like the plague the worst experience I have ever hadAnd they are doing nothing for me [redacted] I have been waiting on a phone call from the used car sales director for a month! These people are a joke! I'm so disappointed in the lack of care for a customer I bought an Avalanche from them expecting to get at least one good road trip out of the truck before I had to deal with any major issues and with in the first two months and less than 3,miles from the purchase of this vehicle transmission went out completely, u joint busted, speedometer is jacked up and now have no cruise control Purchased vehicle 7/23/picked up vehicle 7/31/broke down in New Mexico on 9/29/aga

Purchased cars from them, just to be screwed over everytime First car purchased November with their "in house" financing was never reported to any credit bearauI came to purchase another vehicle here since I havent established credit to go anywhere elseAfter months, the transmission started acting up and I traded the car inJuly 9, 2016, I purchased a new Toyota Carolla with my father as the cosignerAfter attempting to pay my bill, the bank advised me that none of my information was entered into the system and this car isnt going towards my credit!!! So now I am back at square A, I cannot establish credit because these crooks are preying on the innocentI will take legal action at this point because I have been misleaded not once or twice, THREE TIMES! I will never, ever step foot in this establishment again

This dealership sold me a car claiming it had certain features , that were in reality not present
Me and My wife bought a Toyota Sienna, on Jan 3rd It is a limited modelThe salesperson explained in detail the features of the carHe specifically emphasized the upgrades like Remote Ignition starter and a bundle of features like remote locking and unlocking, that can be controlled from a smart phone, since this was the top of the line modelHe however said those features need to be activated after you buy the car and register with Toyota.com
I paid $46K plus TTL, for the Limited edition Toyota Sienna
After buying the car, when I tried to setup those "advanced features" with the salesperson , he was unable to demonstrate how those features workedHe said well I need to call ToyotaUSA in the morning and register my car, then it should start working
Next morning after calling ToyotaUSA I learned that those "advanced features " were not available at all to begin

RE: letter to Gary Gray, General Sales Manager
To summarize where we are and how we got here:
I came into Sport City Toyota on 2/12/looking for a (new 2016) Camry with all of the advertised safety features I told *** and Jeff that I had just left another dealership who wasted my time since they didn't have one available as I was told They said that dealership was owned by bankers and I didn't want to deal with them anyway As it turns out, your dealership didn't have one either as reported Jeff persuaded me away from the AT package since "the dynamic radar cruise control didn't work due to the camera being located behind the front grill where it attracted bugs." I detrimentally believed him, relying on that information and settled for the car on the lot after an 8-hour hostage situation that lasted until closing time A

I have not received the license plates and registration sticker for vehicle purchased
I bought a Toyota Camry on August 18, and the paper plates on the car expire on October 17, I was told since I live an hour and thirty minutes away from the dealership that they would mail them to meThe week the plates were going to expire I called customer service and she said they have the plates there and I asked about the sticker she said I would have to talk to the used car managerI told the manager my problem and he put me on hold and then hung upI've been calling everyday trying to speak to him and he doesn't answer my calls I left my name and number for him to call back but he never did

I would not recommened the sport city toyota to anybody ,they are very tricky!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this CORRUPT car dealership If I could give it zero stars I would We agreed to a price via email with Avery, went to dealership and signed to buy at $more because one of the rebates expired the day before The price was so good, we said it would work When we went to finance, we decided we would get the warranty plan When we were doing the paperwork, I repeatedly asked Melissa to confirm the purchase price would still be the same Started looking at the paperwork a few days later, thinking the price looked a little higher than what we agreed Melissa in finance increased our car price by $5000!! We started communicating with Melissa in early Feb about our concerns and today, almost months later, Melissa "broke down" the sales price to notify us the sale price was $over agreed The key-which was part of package (in the sale email we have) was charged $and Value Pack (also part of the sale email) cost $599, both of which are shown on our email to be part of cost of car This dealership is so crooked, if you read any reviews, read the reviews where the car price changes IT DOES and it will Unfortunately, I doubt they will do anything and we will be obligated to let everyone know how horrible they are With the upcharges, courtesy of Melissa Pattison in finance , and the extended warranty, the car we were to buy for $25,cost $38,000!! Please, please do not fall for their prices Bait and switch at its finest STAY AWAY from this dealership

Purchased a vehicle with a warranty and since the car required repairs less than one month after purchase, dealership has given the runaround
Purchased the car X-with a warranty1K down payment with a checkTook car to a Nissan dealership per Toyota's instructions on 6-for repairs.Found out that the engine needed to be replaced.Warranty company said Toyota should fix it because they believed they knew the car had issues.Toyota said the warranty should fix it because engine repairs were coveredWaited days and after having to follow up, Toyota said they would fix itIt was then found that the transmission was slippingToyota then offered to find another car that I liked to swap out for my car.I told them that I found a car and was told Toyota would call to get it transferredToyota then said, after me following up, that the other dealership was not interestedProcess from 6-to 6-Toyota then found a car and said it would be there in hoursThe car never came

Bought a Nissan pathfinder and when we signed they were charging an extra dollars for mechanical partsWhen we told them we did not wanted because the sales person, ,Mr Carlos Drexel, said it was certified car that it would be covered for partswhen they called him in he said he was talking about another car that we never discussedlater he told me that the only warranty on my car was God's warrantyWhen we asked for a second car alarm clicker they told us we could buy one for Later they found oneWhen we asked for a drivers floor mat they could not find one so they told us when they got another Nissan they would call usI requested to talk to management, MrStephen ChavarriaHe said he would take care of me as he sat me in the hallway and disappearedThe Finance manager saw me and asked why I was thereI told him about the lack of warrentyHe went over paperwork and told me to have my wife stop by it would only cost When she should up it went up to

I purchased a Toyota Camry from this dealership on 06/24/I have waited for my License Plates to come in the mailI specifically asked and requested that the Dealer mail me the plates and registration sticker to my address since I am currently in school during the week and after school I go home to get ready for work afterOn August days after initial purchase I called TxDMV to see if the car has been registered and I have a license plate associated with the vehicleThe lady informed me that the dealership has yet sent the paper work over to do so and informed that they have days to do soI went to the dealership to investigate the issueI requested to speak with a manager, who was Jason BushI explained to him the situation and said he would look into it and rectify the situationI explained to him that my Temporary

damaged my vehicle while attempting to purchase a new oneauthorized submission of application with several bankssales practices
On or around 2/14/I decided to trade in my vehicle and lease a new Toyota highlander, I have purchased Toyotas in the past with out any issues so I thought it was going to be a walk in the park
My only requirements were to lease it thru Toyota and register it like all my vehicles to my business address, after a few days of signing the proper documentation I received a phone call from them stating that Toyota wanted my personal address for the application and the registration will stay at the business location which I agreed to come back and sign again even if I waited for over and an hour the first timewhile I was there I notice that they changed all of the paperwork and I refused to do it because that was not the agreement, I called Toyota financial services to inquire about it and they advised me that such of rule or requirement did not exis

The worst costumer service I've ever had - the head of the service department didn't return my call of complaint for weeks and didn't care that it took him weeks to get back to meMy problem from the service department was never fixed

The finance guy wouldn't give me a copy of my paperwork and I told his manager but she didn't do anything
