The refund was issued. we shipped the exact order the customer purchased. customer decided they did not want to keep the item because the ordered themselves the wrong size. We do not accept returns on orders for this reason but we made an exception. Customer was refunded on 516 - refunds process within 5-7 business days. this transaction is closed. the customer needs to contact their card holder and provide them with the refund confirmation number [redacted]

As of today, April **, only 1 of the 2 ordered items has arrived: 1 Fitbit Charge HR - Heart Rate Activity Wristband / (Black) Large.  I have not received the 1 Fitbit Charge HR - Heart Rate Activity Wristband / (Black) Small, for which I was also charged on March **. Customer ordered open box item. decided they wanted to upgrade to sealed package, sent back item (we made an exception on the return for this ) paid the difference. needed the new parcel faster then it could be shipped. order was canceled. customer opened a dispute in [redacted] both payments...
