retail. said item was delivered exactly as describedthe customer is complaining that the shipping box is damaged. the item itself is intact and as describedour return policy on open box items is clear. Customer has sent repeated threatening emails with obscenities and vulgarities and this is not acceptable.

Unacceptable. I was told on May * and I have email documentation that when my package arrived I could return it for a refund. I was also told on May ** and have email documentation that the returns department would provide me with a returns address and instructions for my refund. I have never received that information and I am still waiting on that information for my refund as I was told by the business that this would happen.

I actually made contact with Firewire Electronics several times. Each time I was given an excuse and a promise the...

issue (in this case, a refund on the purchase I never received) would be resolved. It still has not. The last contact made was July [redacted]. I was told my refund was processed on July [redacted], and it takes 5 to 7 business days. On July [redacted] (still without a refund) I attempted to make contact once again and never received a response. Since then, Firewire Electronics has been silent with absolutely no contact.

I have not received the item.  The tracking indicates that the parcel was not given to [redacted] for shipment until today, 4/**, at 1:45pm - a full 31 days after the item was purchased.  I have corresponded with the business several times over the past month and was assured that the item was shipped several times: -on 3/**: The business emailed me and claimed the item shipped on 3/**.  I was provided with this tracking number: [redacted]- 4/*:The business emailed me and claimed they had "escalated" the tracking on the parcel.  I was provided with this tracking number: [redacted]-on 4/*: - The business emailed me stating: "Hi Sara, please track here - [redacted]"-on 4/**: The business provided this tracking link in its response to the Revdex.com complaint: [redacted]-on 4/**: The business provided this tracking number in its response to the Revdex.com complaint: [redacted]-on 4/**: The business provided this response to the Revdex.com complaint: “[redacted] numbers update every hour -this will update later today - please check it again this evening [redacted]“This is unacceptable.  It is also suspicious.

 The business is correct in regards to the price of the product I purchased. I paid $114.05 for the watch, not $144.05. However, I still have not received this money in my account and I already contacted my bank to find out if they saw any credit pending in my account. They said no!!!!!! My problem with this company still has not been resolved !!

Again! The listing says "open box" not "used". The item I got is clearly used with scratches all over the screen. I certainly would not pay that much $ for the piece of crap I got. The item was not even shipped from you. It was sent from an eBay seller who has nothing to do with your business. That seller was selling it at a fair price of $79.99, not $113, which is what I was charged. Your business practices are clearly flawed. I'm not asking what your policy is, I know it. You've sent it twice and I'm not going by that since you didn't send me what I ordered.
