If they wanted to take care of issue they could under warranty. Spots have been popping up like crazy. After reading articles it sounds like a common issue w paint. GM should apply better quality paint. I expect more from a $50,vehicle. Stand behind your product. It is a LYNCH truck

The Push Pull Tow Sale provides customers a "trade in allowance" rather than a "Sale Price." Every vehicle on our pre-owned lot is clearly marked with the "Push Pull Tow Price" hanging from the rear view mirrorIn addition, the tag states that the pricing includes the trade in allowanceThe sale
is geared towards individuals who would not normally get much for their trade, hence the name "Push, Pull, Tow." We often take in older vehicles with high milesIt is simply a different Sale formatIt isn't realistic to think that a customer would get the "Sale Price" and an additional "$in Trade Allowance." Does it sound reasonable that you could purchase a Mini Cooper for $290? In our advertisements, it is stated that the online pricing reflects the Push Pull Tow Trade AllowanceWe make every effort to explain the pricing clearly.I would be more than happy to provide you a $gas card to make up for the trip to the dealershipIt is important to us that we resolve any misunderstanding.Thank You for your time. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Their response is hilarious!!!!! They thing think I am mean and rude?? You have to remember we are talking about a car dealer here.. At least I made an honest living without cheating and lying, unlike these people and they never intended to help or be honest. The only thing in their business is to maximize profits at the expense of the customer. There is plenty of money to be made without resorting to cheating their customers.. What they no not realize, there four GM products in the driveway which will NOT be replaced by Lynch and most likely NOT GM!!! and lying

We have addressed Ms***'s concerns on multiple occasionsNot only did we make repairs to the Verano, but we also made a repair to her Jeep that she purchased from our sister storeThis was not our responsibility, but we wanted her to be a satisfied customerWe have offered to take the
car back and the offer was rejectedThe Verano was in good working order and good condition when we gave it to Ms***We feel that we have made more than reasonable efforts to address all of Ms***'s valid concerns

we have tried helping the customer and he refuses any kind of helpNot only is he not realistic but hes very rude and meanLynch has no further interest in trying to assist any further

If you read our last statement, we offered to send you the Visor along with the Weather Tech Cargo TrayYou switched from Weather Tech Floor Mats to the Weather Tech Cargo TrayWe have been working with you for some timeThis needs to come to a resolution soonOnly you can utilize your GM Accessory Promotion CouponThe Coupon is from General Motors, not from the DealershipPlace the order and pay with your GM Accessory Coupon if it hasn't expired.Again, once we receive your paid order, we will send out the Cargo Tray with the VisorYou are also welcome to come into the dealership and get this resolved immediately. No, a "brake inspection" should not cost you anythingWhen we sold you the Buick Verano, the brakes were fine. All of our Vehicles go through a comprehensive inspection and do not go up for sale on our lot/inventory unless everything is up to par.Thank you for your time

The Guest Experience is a priority to LynchWe understand that purchasing a vehicle is an important event to everyoneOn our websites, we strive to be as accurate and as possibleNew car incentives and offers can change several times per month by the manufacturerWe do our best to keep our
pricing accurate and competitive.Every new vehicle listing on our website includes a detailed disclaimer at the top and bottom sectionIt states that the pricing may change and that the consumer should visit the dealership for detailsSome incentives can be combined with other offers and some can notFor example, a customer must forfeit some incentives to take advantage of 0% financingWe believe this was one of the issues in this situationIn addition, it can take some time for vehicles that have been sold to be removed offlineA vehicle may be removed from our website fairly quickly, but we do not control 3rd Party SitesWe do our best to update the information daily, but errors do occur. In the interest of keeping a positive relationship, we would like to invite Mr *** into the store to review some options. We will provide him the best pricing available at that time on any new truck in stock.Thank you for your time

Lynch is more than happy to repair the "Spot" in question. As with any repair, there is a cost associated with service. The customer is requesting that we repair the truck at no cost to him.Our Body Shop Manager took the time to look at the vehicle and in his opinion determined the "spot" to be...

damage, not a defect. As a dealership, we work closely with General Motors and will communicate issues as we understand them.  While the customer believes this may be a defect, he has owned the truck for some time.Unfortunately accidents do happen. While it may not have been from a rock, we believe something caused this issue. The customer may want to contact the dealership where he purchased the truck. They may be in a position to assist him as they may have more information on the situation. Thank you for your time. Dan [redacted]

This situation has already been reviewed. The Warranty cancellation credit will be applied to your loan. It is my understanding that you already spoke with a [redacted] who reviewed these details with you. At your request, we came and picked you up because you didn't have a ride to the...

dealership. On your own free will you purchased a vehicle and a warranty. You spoke with your Salesperson and stated everything was fine days after you filed this complaint. It seems as if we have done everything you have asked within reason. All of the purchase information was reviewed with you at time of delivery. We wish you the best of luck with your vehicle. Thank You.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
Kyle [redacted]I feel since Mr [redacted] will not honor his advertised price for vehicle in question I have no other available options.  I did submit a complaint to the Federal Trade commission but they stated individual complaints against a single business are not investigated.  I do plan on telling my friends and co workers not to deal with LYNCH in BURLINGTION wisconsin because their unethical business practices

While this may not be a substantial repair, there is still cost incurred. We would be happy to provide an estimate for the repair. Please note that Lynch did not sell the customer this vehicle. If this "very slight"  issue were present at time of delivery, the customer should contact the dealership where he purchased the truck. Thank you for your time.

We accidently refunded the customer twice and we just took back the money that was owed to the dealership. The customer wasn't paying us the money and they where over paid there deposit which was owed to us. If the money wasn't owed to us we would have taken our $100 back! So because of an...

error we aren't owed the money?

we installed original equipment tires on Mr. [redacted]s car in august of 2014 when the car had 82816 miles on it. In July 2015 Mr.[redacted] brought the car in with 95,461 miles on it and was concerned that the tires were worn out. After inspecting the tires it was agreed that the tires were needing to...

be replaced. [redacted] our Service Manager informed Mr. [redacted] that we could send the tires to Hancook for inspection to see if there would be any mileage adjustment made. Mr.[redacted] was made aware that the decision would be completely up to Hancook Tires and that Lynch did not have any say in the matter. Mr. [redacted] was also informed that Hancook Tires could deny the claim and at that point Lynch would have no further recourse. Mr.[redacted] agreed to have new tires installed and have us send out his old tires. Hancook's final decision was not to reimburse or make any adjustments on the old tires. At this point I feel Mr.[redacted]s complaint should be directed towards Hancook Tires, not the Lynch GM Superstore. Driving habits and proper maintenance including tire rotations and making sure the tires are properly inflated along with alignemnts also play a major roll into how long a set of tires will last. Mr.[redacted] did not return to Lynch  at any time in the 12645 miles  that he drove the car to take advantage of the free tire rotations that we offer when a customer purchase tires from us.

Hello:  I tried to respond to this complaint through your e-mail but was unable to do so.  This complaint refers to customer [redacted] of Kansasville, WI.  Following is our response:  Customer came in to purchase a vehicle and subsequently spent 3 hours with sales and our...

finance manager reviewing the purchase contract. Upon receipt of the Revdex.com complaint, our New Vehicle Sales Manager [redacted] pulled the purchase contract and verified that everything was correct as printed.  [redacted] then placed a call to the customer asking her to come in to discuss her purchase.  [redacted] reviewed the purchase contract with her again, explained it line by line, and clarified how each amount was arrived at.  In order to ensure the customer’s satisfaction, Lynch at this time offered to reimburse the customer for the remote start, offered to pay her first month’s payment, and proposed cancelling the warranty and protective products she purchased, bringing the price of the vehicle back to the original selling price.  The customer was unwilling to take this solution. A few days later [redacted] called the customer back AGAIN, indicating we wanted her to be happy and to please call us to discuss further.  To date we have not heard back from the customer.   [redacted]Lynch GM Superstore2300 Browns Lake DriveBurlington, WI  53105###-###-####[redacted]

The Push Pull Drag Sale provides customers with a "Trade Allowance" rather than a "Sale Price." included in the sale is clearly marked on a hangtag that is placed on the rear view mirror. The tag clearly states that the price on the tag includes the trade allowance. We are more than happy to provide a sale price and appraise the trade separately. There is zero intent for deception and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this misunderstanding. Thank you for your time. Dan [redacted], [redacted]

[redacted] has asked me to let you know that he has authorized a check to [redacted] in the amount of $2,500.  We have done nothing wrong, but customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we are willing to meet the customer’s request.  The $2,500 represents the $2,000 the customer originally thought was an overcharge, plus $500 for the remote start. [redacted] indicated he has spoken to the customer and she will come to our dealership tomorrow to collect the check.
