After receiving several estimates from roofers in the area, I decided upon Coverall's Total Home Improvement I could not be more pleased with my decision The crews were hardworking, pleasant, and took care to protect not only my home but also my neighbor's homes I live in an area of town where the homes are extremely close together (so close, in fact, that the men needed to get onto my neighbor's roofs to complete my work) Cleanup was perfect, with nothing left behind - and my job was particularly messy in that it involved removing many layers of shingles, including cedar shakes I also had new gutters installed, which are working beautifully This crew was also very hardworking and professional I highly recommend Coverall's!

In January, Coverall's Home Improvement Company installed a new roof and replaced my old gutters due to storm damageThe whole process was done in a timely and professional manner Although I could not be home when the work was taking place, Ken kept me informed every step of the way They did a thorough clean up afterwards It had snowed during the process They came back after the snow melted to make sure all of the debris had been picked upI plan on using them to do other improvements to my home

My parentsâ home needed new roofing, gutters & downspoutsIt would be the first major home improvement since my fatherâ s passing Given his knowledge base, the task of sourcing a roofing company would have fallen to himAs basic as having a roof over your head is, the State of Ohio and its many regulatory agencies do not license roofers for their proficiency/skills, which eliminates them as a resource in narrowing choices for estimates So, with all the roofing companies out there, how do you know youâ re really getting what you are paying for, either in labor and/or materials? Coverall's just finished installing a metal roof on our victorian farm house The roof is structurally complex with varying angles, "yankee gutters", a lookout, and chimneys Additionally, they provided metal roofing for an additional porch and a bay window, rebuilt and roofed a crumbling portico roof, and installed siding on an enclosed porch All roof soffits, damaged by year old leaks, were restored Crown moulding along the roof edges was modified to accept conventional gutters with down spouts The conventional gutters approximated the look of the original crown molding Paint was applied as the finishing touch
Coverall's responded promptly to our initial inquiry, provided meaningful information and guidance, worked efficiently, met all timelines, tidied up daily, and responded extremely well to questions and requests We are more than satisfied with their work and enjoyed our interaction with the entire crew
