I used the Revdex.com site to find high quality roofers with positive customer reviews As a result, I contacted Coverall's Total Improvement Co *** *** came to my property the same afternoon of my initial call When *** arrived, he spent time listening to my concerns He then explained how my current roof is failing and how Coverall's would protect my home
*** then took the time to meet my wife to ensure all questions were answered While doing so, *** explained how Coverall's offers a full service roof replacement He explained different products on the market and discussed why he selects the products he uses He continued to explain why he uses Amish labor and how the roof would be replaced He stressed that Coverall's would not leave my roof exposed His crew would only tear off what would be replaced
Once we agreed to use Coverall's, *** was in constant connumication He was present when the insurance adjuster was here He also arranged to have an architect available due to potential framing needs Lastly, *** replaced the gutter and downspouts as part of the project to ensure the rain is properly drained With our home's slope, *** felt a 6-in gutter would be a better system
During the project, *** was present both days and came back for a walk through on a third day ***'s customer focus is great in an industry that is full of poor workmanship
I had two other contractors provide cost estimates One would not give a price unless he represented me with the insurance company The other spent over an hour on the roof and simply gave me a pile of brochures
I will use *** for future projects In addition to roofing, Coverall's can complete new construction projects I look forward to having Coverall's back out for such a project

As a single women I was dreading having to deal with companies to quote to replace my roof and gutters but Ken made the process easy for me I had a total layer tear off and all new gutters/downspouts The crew foreman and crew were wonderful to work with as they were very efficient, kept the mess to a minimum, very polite (it was wonderful not to hear any cussing) and made sure I was kept aware of process There was no damage to my flowers or patio furniture/yard ornaments I have already and will continue to recommend Coverall's to my neighbors and friends GREAT JOB!!!

In January, Coverall's Home Improvement Company installed a new roof and replaced my old gutters due to storm damageThe whole process was done in a timely and professional manner Although I could not be home when the work was taking place, Ken kept me informed every step of the way They did a thorough clean up afterwards It had snowed during the process They came back after the snow melted to make sure all of the debris had been picked upI plan on using them to do other improvements to my home

After quite a few quotes on roof and complete siding job (tricky old house with stone and several mix matched additions), I decided to go with Coverall's They offered a competitive bid , with no variables in price It was very nice knowing the price estimate would be the price paid All the other companies left open ended quotes dependent on how much wood needed replaced etc The quality of materials was better then what I had been offered and the fact that an all Amish crew would be doing the work made it even better Ken ( the owner of company and main sales man) gives a thorough presentation of materials, credentials, craftsmanship and has a real passion to detail and doing things right He goes above and beyond to assure you the job will be completed to his high level of satisfaction and yoursHe also has plenty of entertaining stories and information at no extra cost ! The Amish crew was a joy to have work on our home Leroy the crew leader is very pleasant, skilled and helpful He has a keen eye to details and making sure the customer is happy seems very important to them all
I cannot say enough good about my experience with Coverall's They went above and beyond our expectations Our once dilapidated screened in porch was given a total face lift as bonus ! They even left us with an amazing handmade Amish farewell gift !

The Amish workers were very friendly and professional They did an excellent job with the installation and the clean-up They worked hard and it was amazing to see how they work as a group, each one helping the other They are very particular I have a lot of perennial plants around the house which they covered and protected as well as taking care of the windows, screens and deck area They removed my deck furniture and replaced it two days later when the job was completed
Ken came to our home each day while they were installing to see if we had any concerns or questions and also to discuss the job with his foreman He is a very caring person One of the workers had a problem at home and Ken personally drove him to his house

I received quotes for a new roof on a bedroom ranch Ken's quote was a great price, especially for the quality of the work and the materials He was one of the only contractors I contacted that was fair and honest After a few bad rainstorms, no problems and the roof looks greatI would recommend for roofing or any other home improvement project for good honest work
