They were very punctual, worked very hard and walked around the house to make sure no shingles or nails were left on the ground. I received 4 quotes for a new roof on a 3 bedroom ranch. Ken's quote was a great price, especially for the quality of the work and the materials. He was one of the only contractors I contacted that was fair and honest. After a few bad rainstorms, no problems and the roof looks great. I would recommend for roofing or any other home improvement project for good honest work.

I had the roof replaced and I received the best most professional service from this company and workers. The service was excellent. The representative came out to my house for a fast and imediate quote. All options were clearly explained with no pressure to buy extras. The workers were extremely fast and efficient as my roof was reshingled in one day. The worksite was cleaned up and a walkthrough was completed before they left the site. This company went beyond what was expected and even fixed some issues on my barn roof for me. I will highly recommend this company to others.

Our overall feeling after working with Coverall's is satisfaction. Our new roof and gutters look great! We found it refreshing to work with a contractor who cared about the quality of craftsmanship provided and overall appearance of our home. On install day, a dumpster shower up a little before seven, Ken called to check in, the roofers and supplies showed up and everyone got right to work. Our beautiful roof was completed and everything cleaned up by two thirty! I was impressed because not only were they finished; the dumpster was hauled away by four. As a single women I was dreading having to deal with companies to quote to replace my roof and gutters but Ken made the process easy for me. I had a total 2 layer tear off and all new gutters/downspouts. The crew foreman and crew were wonderful to work with as they were very efficient, kept the mess to a minimum, very polite (it was wonderful not to hear any cussing) and made sure I was kept aware of process. Highly recommend this company. Coverall's Total Home Improvement Co. did a great job installing our new roof and gutters. The owner is very knowledgeable regarding the roofing and gutter materials and their proper installation.We weren't sure what roof shingle color to choose. When we all went outside, the company owner immediately knew which color was best and we are very happy with it. The crews focused on their tasks and were polite and courteous. They did a good job preparing the roof for installation, making sure landscaping plants were covered, and cleaning up after the installations. The owner recommended trim installed around our garage door opening, some sheeting added to smooth the surface prior to gutter installation, and similar roof color sheeting applied to an exhaust stack, all these making a huge improvement. This company goes over and beyond what is necessary to do a quality job.

After a large tree had fallen on both our house and car during a recent storm, [redacted] and Coverall’s came to our rescue. Our home sustained significant damage to the roof, gutter and soffit. A broken roof truss caused interior damage to our living room ceiling as well. [redacted] was there from the beginning as we struggled to figure out what to do first. He brought in a local tree service to remove the downed trees and guided us through the insurance claim process with our agency. He quickly dispatched one of his roofing teams to board and tarp our damaged roof before another storm hit a few hours later. [redacted] was there with his team when the insurance adjuster came to evaluate our damage – ensuring that no damaged areas were missed or undervalued in the final adjustment. Our new roof was completely replaced in two days including new soffit and gutters! We were very impressed on how his roofing team cared for our home and yard – after clean up each day it was if they were never there. His experienced Amish team was very friendly, courteous, meticulous, and highly skilled. We felt very secure in their workmanship. It was amazing to watch them work in such a highly coordinated fashion. Owner [redacted] put the estimate in writing and the total job was exactly what he quoted. [redacted] kept me informed exactly what to expect and when the job would be done. His workers are very hard working and very respectable men. I was impressed with the entire job....workers did not set around smoking and talking on cell phones...they were at my door step at 7:00 sharp as I was informed ready to work. They were very considerate of my neighbors property as well as my house. All nails and scrapes were picked up and everything was hauled away same day. I would use this company again for my roofing needs.

I recently hired Coverall's to put gutters and down spouts on my home, I also got his opinion about the front of my house, cause I had shutters that were built into the front framing instead of screwed in. I had columns that needed to be redone also. I took his opinion and my home turned out beautiful. The Amish crew were so polite and made sure that everything looked great and cleaned up. After receiving several estimates from roofers in the area, I decided upon Coverall's Total Home Improvement. I could not be more pleased with my decision. The crews were hardworking, pleasant, and took care to protect not only my home but also my neighbor's homes. I live in an area of town where the homes are extremely close together (so close, in fact, that the men needed to get onto my neighbor's roofs to complete my work). Cleanup was perfect, with nothing left behind - and my job was particularly messy in that it involved removing many layers of shingles, including cedar shakes. I would highly recommend Coverall's. They just installed a complete roof and tear off of the old roof. Not only does it look fantastic, but they went the extra mile with installation of flashing, drip guards, etc..........with top quality products. I was consulted and advised every step of the process of what they were doing. They utilize an Amish crew out of Indiana who were extremely polite, knowledgeable, hard workers and performed an after clean up that I would be hard pressed to find so much as a nail. I also didn't have any concerns with these people on my property that I have had with some other roofers I've encountered in the past. AND, their pricing was very competitive and beat out the other estimates I received. I would definitely use them in the future.

Coverall recently installed a new roof on my 95 yr old father's house. He was treated professionaly and with respect. The roof had developed a leak and it was tarped that day. Coverall then did the actual roofing even earlier than originally projected. The new roof is great. My father and his family are more than happy with the service and the results.
