Rob R[redacted] just finished with my 6 month inspection and I would like to recommend both him and John's Refrigeration to anyone needing heating or cooling service. Rob was very courteous and informative, gave me several options for a few problems he found, did not pressure me into any decision, but was willing to explain to me the choices and the expected results.

Our service rep. Tyler O.showed up on time, called 10 mins. before. serviced unit and reported everything was in good working order, explained everything he did and was very customer friendly.

Shawn B came on Sunday just two hours after we called that our 9 month old new AC unit appeared to not be cooling, Shawn replaced the part, stayed at the house additional time to make sure the house was cooling down properly.

I've been using John's refrigeration for my system servicing for a couple of years. All the technicians are very professional, and do the work quickly and neatly. Mike Rowland has identified a number of improvements to my HVAC system which have increased efficiency and decreased noise. I've used John's to do basic service, seal the system, add a second return and dampers on all the duct connections to better balance the airflow to all parts of the house.

I signed up for an annual contract which gives me semiannual system inspections and cleaning. Ivan M. handled the most recent semiannual service call/inspection and did a great job!

This is our 2nd year with John's Refrigeration and we are very happy we switched from our prior HVAC vendor. Today, Brian L came out to perform our cooling system check. He was very professional, tidy and communicated that status of our system in terms we could understand. We were able to discuss future replacement options with Brian whom we felt was very open and honest. I would recommend John's Refrigeration to all my family and friends.

John's Refrigeration has been servicing my AC units for a few years and I've been so impressed with their professionalism and courteous service. Recently, they installed a new Mitsubishi 2-ton mini split unit in my garage. I am so thrilled with the way it turned out. Courtney was great on the phone, scheduling my installation and working out a financing plan that worked within my budget. Melvin and Sergio did a fantastic job with the installation. I was worried about the noise of the unit, It's whisper quiet. I was concerned about how much space it would take up. It's only a few feet long but puts out very cold air, and will even heat the garage in the winter. They answered all of my questions, did a top notch job and I'm so happy with my new unit. I'd highly recommend John's Refrigeration!!

The Serviceman, Tyler O[redacted] was very polite, and checked my Heating/AC. He also helped with the wall unit in the master bedroom... He got the job done in a timely fashion... I was very pleased with his work...

Excellent experience. Called at 8:30 Saturday morning and they immediately answered. An appointment was scheduled for noon. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. The technician spent another hour or so checking out the rest of the system. I appreciate the prompt communications from the scheduler and the technician. Great experience.
