I've dealt with John's for a number of years and purchased my current unit from them. Shawn, the technician who did my semi annual maintenance check, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He clearly explained the recommendations he was making and why but wasn't in the least pushy about them. Would highly recommend Shawn as well as John's refrigeration.

John's Refrigeration has been wonderful. I needed a new air conditioner 10 years ago and obtained quotes from three different companies. John's didn't try to over sell me or pressure me into anything we didn't need so we went with John's. They have been out a few times to service the unit and have done a great job. Most recent we had our unit checked out and the Tech made a few suggestions on improving our air quality in our home. Gave us a few options and a online link to learn more. Never was there any pressure to purchase.

Since the ducts were sealed, we have been very happy with the air flow in the house. No room has been colder or warmer than the others; every room seems to be at equilibrium. The air conditioning unit is working much more efficiently now that the ducts are properly sized. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their work and their attention to detail.

Excellent experience. Called at 8:30 Saturday morning and they immediately answered. An appointment was scheduled for noon. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. The technician spent another hour or so checking out the rest of the system. I appreciate the prompt communications from the scheduler and the technician. Great experience.

Rob R[redacted] just finished with my 6 month inspection and I would like to recommend both him and John's Refrigeration to anyone needing heating or cooling service. Rob was very courteous and informative, gave me several options for a few problems he found, did not pressure me into any decision, but was willing to explain to me the choices and the expected results.
