I am rejecting this response because:I will not disagree that the product was deliveredIt took me calling the company on separate occasions, unanswered emails and finally a last message notifying the company that I had reported them to the Revdex.comThey have forever lost me as a customerNo one deserves to be ignored and treated like this

Wesold tens of thousands of christmas stockings in months and ended up over selling a few hundred of a few variationsWe fixed this as soon as we noticed, but it did put a delay on some ordersThis order seems to also have been help in a UPS facility but should be delivered on the 21st [redacted]

not received any other contact from the customer via our customer service email.

I am rejecting this response because:yes the item was shipped, almost 30 days late. No attempt at contact was made. They had an email address, a phone number, I left several messages with ways to contact me, and they did not try once. Nor did they offer a refund on said item as asked.
