By your logic any random person can come in off the street with any social security number and have credit checks run dinging an innocent persons credit We signed nothing and were unaware anything was happening involving our credit until someone called us to tell us we had been approved for a carWe were not in the market to buy a car and to top that off you guys shared the info from that credit report with someone other than us Sincerely, [redacted]

I called as the business asked and they still did not assist meAfter asking for *** *** as stars they transferred me to a sales manager whichBecame upset that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com for their poor service and stated he can't help me now since I decided to file a complaintI informed the sales manager *** that I simply wanted to know if they would be able to provide me the spare key as they stated at the purchase of the vehicleHe continued saying I should have just come up there but since I filed a complaint he can't helpI explained that I couldn't take off work without them being able to confirm they had the key as I cannot take off to visit the dealership just for them to order the key then take off again to come get itI work at a hospital and cannot leave at anytime during the dayHe proceeded to tell me they are busy also and disconnected after telling me to wait for the call I have yet to receive about a new keySo the issue continues as it has from the beginning they state they will call back but never do and promise a spare key and never call back

YES I DID BUY A CAR WITH HIGH MILES THAT DON'T MEAN THAT IT SHE STOP WORKING WITHIN IN DAY 3, 400 MAY NOT BE ALOT OF MONEY TO THEM BUT IT IS TO ME I was treated very rude when I contacted them they told me I got what I pay for I should have to0k the and put down on a newer car, I don't think that was fairA person should not put a car on there lot knowing the motor is no goodI pray they give me my money back or fix the car or replace itI know it was not a new car and it may come with minor problem but MOTOR NO

I am rejecting this because: It's not as simple as they make it sound I made the appointment and when I got there, they needed a we owe first Had to wait on the we owe to be done before they would
even look at the truck Once that was finally done, my truck was looked at They told me what was wrong and that Josh needed to sign off so it could get fixed Josh was no where to be found I called and called and called, he was either with a customer would call me back, out to lunch or on vacation and they would have him call me Never received a call back That we owe needs to be done before I get there for them to look at it and somebody needs to be able to sign off so I can get my truck fixed.

We will look over the car dealThere is zero chance we knew the motor would be badThe customer bought a preowned car with high miles

We was unable to find the keys to the New with miles, the customer switched to the higher priced New KiaThe best payment we was able to obtain with the lenders we have was $220moDue to the fact that his credit was sent to lenders for approval we will not be able to remove

We can not run credit without a SSN....It's not possibleWE don't have the ability to figure a persons personal information out of thin airIf someone used your information without your permission then thats a felony and I would like you to contact the police immediately
