The customer received her car back with all repairs being done

*** *** who lives with *** *** did a computer generated credit application when *** was at Big Red trying to purchase a vehicle*** was on the phone with *** asking her to cosign when HE typed her information into the computer after she agreed to cosign

It's not to much to ask for proofPlease email me so that I can turn this over to our compliance officer

I am rejecting this response because:The response is not true. I went in to buy the car in question and had a print out of the sales offer, I kept a copy for reference. It specifically stated the car had 0 (zero) miles and a price of $11,164. I drove 30 miles from my home to purchase this car. I was still willing to purchase the car when I was told it had 14,000 miles on it. I was only willing to listen to an offer on a 2018 Kia Rio after I was told that that car was wrecked and was to be sold at auction I took that to mean that the car was not available for sale. I was also told that the warranty on the car would be no good. I asked that the add be taken down and told them to destroy my financial information. They told me they felt bad about they whole situation and that they wanted to make me a deal on a 2018 Kia rio I told them that I would be willing to pay no ore than 200/month for the car due to the fact that this was already $30/month more than I had planned on. The salesman scribbled something unreadable on the back of the paper work and said I'll have to take it to my sales manager. He came back and said everything was ok and started to explain the terms to me. when He got to the '$227.00" I lost my temper and because this was obviously a ruse to get me to buy a different car. This was not a special deal and I could get this at any Kia dealer in the city. I drove 60 miles, depending on their advertisement, to buy that particular car. I had the ad in hand and they knew exactly what I wanted. This is classic bait and switch. I asked that they sell me that car, which they refused to do, I asked that they fix my credit, that they damaged and they refused to do it.

I am rejecting this response because: there was no phone call - I was at work. On a retail floor where  phone calls are not allowed. You are so full of horse snot it’s not even funny. And I did not even know what was going on. Try again.

I am rejecting this response because: You as the business should NOT have run any credit checks WITHOUT our permission! By your logic any random person can come in off the street with any social security number and have credit checks run dinging an innocent persons credit.  We signed nothing and were unaware anything was happening involving our credit until someone called us to tell us we had been approved for a car. We were not in the market to buy a car and to top that off you guys shared the info from that credit report with someone other than us.

The customer simply needs to make a service appointment.

Our scanner identified this vehicle had engine and wiring harness codes.  Due to this, we chose not to purchase the vehicle as it was not in the condition described to us.
