Jonah's website ***,( AKA *** *** ***, and *** ***) claimed to have the furniture I ordered "In Stock" and ships in 1-business daysWaiting for the furniture almost weeks nowI have called every weeks and everytime I call It's some kind of excuse First " it's back ordered, you should receive it in weeks", then "it hasn't arrived yet", then "I'll call you and ship it as soon as it arrives, should be weeks" I have asked Jonah to cancell my order and send me a full refundIt would have been good business practice to notify me at the time my order was received that it was not "IN STOCK"( I JUST LOOKED UP MY FURNITURE ON THIER WEBSITE AND IT STILL IS ADVERTISED AS BEING IN STOCK AND SHIPS IN 1-DAYS.) I think this constitutes dishonest practices I hope I don't have to wait another week for my refund

I was very disappointed with the quality of this product We ordered a queen bed hi riser for an apartment It is not sturdy at all We will need to purchase multiple pieces of wood and try to sturdy the piece I thought we were missing pieces and was advised we could purchase even more pieces to make it sturdy! The cost was $for approximately pieces of wood It is not safe We did have a quick delivery but this product is not recommended

I placed the order online on May *** and my credit card was charged on May ***On June ***, *** sent an email that the product was not in stock and suggested I order a different product (he included a photo of the suggested substitution), and I replied "No thank you"
I have the credit card transaction and his dated email to prove that his statement is falseIt should be noted that the business makes charges for products it does not have and that a great deal of work and time (days) is required to obtain a credit
He did authorize a credit for the full amount to PayPal and I am waiting for the credit to be posted to the credit card

Due to the previous correspondence with this company, and having been given tracking numbers on 02/**/16 indicating receipt would be 02/**/16, I will reserve my response until I actually receive my purchase in whole/full before being satisfied with the company's response.  If the bed is received and it is not fully intact with all parts necessary to assemble, the company will need to pick up the bed at its expense and give me a full refund of $1,104.02.

The company continues to claim that it custom made the bed I received.  I purchased a twin bed (Depth 39" x Width 44" x Length 114" x Height 69").  The company delivered a bed that is no where near what I ordered and is at least 83" tall, which as stated on the company website as the height of the bed with the double bookcase headboard (not what I ordered).  The bed received is at least 65" wide (again, not even close to what I ordered).  The company did not ship what I ordered/paid for and therefore, has not custom made anything for me.  I am seeking a full refund from the company.

I placed an order for a queen size loft bed with Jonah Variety, Inc through their website elitedecore.com on 10/27/17. At the time of placement there was only one picture available on the product page, and thus this was the only product I was advertised and the specific product I paid for. I recently discovered this picture was stolen from another company of artisan furniture makers, and not a product Jonah Variety, Inc should be pretending they are capable of making at all, let alone with a stolen image

I waited a month to receive my product, only getting details and updates when I called and asked. The product I received was nothing like the picture, with significant changes made not only aesthetically, but structurally as well. The craftsmanship is beyond poor and there are several places where screws cannot be drilled in properly because the pre-drilled holes they are meant to go through overlap with screws attaching parts that were not included in the product image I was advertised. I contacted the company several times and demanded a refund, but they have yet to send me the shipping labels I was promised a week ago and have not responded to my emails in two (2) days.

I am furious and I want my refund. I want this garbage out of my home. I am full time student with a full time job and I do not have time nor patience for these petty games. This company is deceptive, unprofessional, and fraudulent. I will share my experience with every person I can to prevent others from falling prey to their deceitful business practices in the future.

Review: Placed order on 12/**/15 with National Furnishing (“Company”) and was told over the phone that the bed would take 7-10 business days to build and then another 7 business days to receive. The company has had my money since the date of purchase (12/**/15). I purchased and paid for this item with expectations that it would be shipped and received by my child’s birthday (01/**/16). After two weeks and not hearing anything from the Company, I contacted the Company and spoke with Jonah who assured me that the bed would ship in the next week. This delay would barely give us time to have it assembled by the [redacted]. On 2/*/16, I checked once again on the status of shipment. At that time, I was told the bed would ship on 2/*/16. On 2/**/16, I contacted the Company once again (Jonah via the online chat on the Company website) to check the status of my order. I explained to Jonah that "if I need to take my business elsewhere, I can do that too." He responded with, "you will receive an email with the tracking later on today." I informed Jonah that "if the bed does not ship today, I will be canceling my order and contacting my credit card company and the Revdex.com." Within about 30 minutes, I received three [redacted] tracking numbers indicating that the bed would arrive 2/**/16. Today (02/**/16), I checked the status of the bed with [redacted] and those three boxes were still pending. I called the Company again and spoke with Jonah. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he told me that the bed was already put together and that I could not cancel. He assured me that the bed would ship today and that he would personally see to it. I told Jonah that if he would have let me know at the time I purchased the bed that he was so backlogged with orders as he indicate in our phone conversation today, I would have understood some type of delay. I believe Jonah was stretching the truth regarding my order and that the bed is not ready to be shipped as indicated in today’s conversation.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and will not do business, nor will I refer business, in the future. I believe that this company has been dishonest with me since my first initial contact on 12/**/15. If not resolved, I am sure there are legal remedies under New York's deceptive trade practice laws.

Review: I purchased two bunkbeds online and paid for products and shipping. Then the products was not delivered due to oversize per seller. They said the will refund my money of $1237.80 and have not yet. It's been almost six months. I have patiently called and emailed the company at [redacted] and phone number ###-###-####. Review: Purcased bed Oct *, 2013 Oder # [redacted]. Paid $524.52 with on-line checking account. October **, 2013- Canceled order after finding that the product was out of shock. October *, 2013 the company withdrew $528.52 from my checking account. October **, 2013 I called the company to find out when I would recieve my refund. They said in 7-10 days. Review: Furniture product was ordered 8/**/2013. Product was to ship within 2-10 business days. Company was contacted 2/**/2013 as it was still not received. After several subsquent calls we are very frustrated that as of 9/**/2013 the product still has not arrived, but has been PAID IN FULL. Upon contact this AM, product MAY arrive Thursday or Friday. After being told this kind of information several times, we are losing the belief that this furniture is indeed going to be delivered. It has been 30 DAYS to date since this furniture was bought and paid for, but no delivery.Desired Settlement: This furniture has not been delivered. Refund requested if product is not delivered by said "Thursday or Friday". That will be at least 22 days later than the company's advertised shipping of 2-10 days.

We are very sorry, for the delay. Our web site states that most items leave our warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. The customer paid by check so we need to wait a few days for the check to clear before shipment. In this case, the product did leave in the required time but the warehouse did not label it correctly. The problem has been fixed and it is scheduled to be delivered on Thurs or Friday of this week.

Review: I ordered a 4-pc Brooksberry Kitchen Nook Cushion Set Item # [redacted] online on July **,2013 by Electronic Check For $173.85. The money was taken out of my account as an ACH withdrawal on July **,2013. When it still did not arrive I went online on their chat on. August *. 2013 talked to [redacted], asked him why my order #[redacted] was still pending shipment. after a long time he came back and said the warehouse said the item is no longer in stock. I said I was not informed of this. He said we will refund your account. He said they will be sending me a check by mail. ( I have copies of the chat sessions) Tried calling on Sept. [redacted], was told no one was working due to the holiday and when I said I talked to [redacted] on chat, she said I would have to talk to him then and he wasn't there. I went online to the chat again on Sept [redacted] again. After a long time of explaining again that I was supposed to get a refund because the item was unavailable and never got the check, then waited a long time for him to look for it. Then he said the check would be mailed today. I said so you found it? He said Yes and I confirmed my address with him. I waited till Oct. ** nothing no check no refund. I called that day [redacted] answered I told him did not get the check. After waiting again for him to check with accounting he said it was sent out on Sept. [redacted]. I told him I have received nothing in the mail from them. He said he would check with accounting and get it straightened out . Review: I ordered dining room arm chairs. They were advertised to be shipped assembled. After the money was taken from my bank account for the purchase, a woman called asking if I wanted them assembled; and, if I did, it would cost an additional $100.00. I could not pay another $100.00, so I agreed to have them shipped un-assembled (2 chairs). When the shipment arrived, it did not have enough parts in the box for 2 chairs. I chatted to [redacted] on the web site and corresponded via e-mail. They would not agree to pay for the shipping back & refund of money. They said that I had to pay to ship them back and they would deduct for a re-stocking fee. I then asked if I could take pictures of the parts and e-mail them so they could send me the missing parts, as [redacted] agreed to send the missing parts. I e-mailed the pictures and received an e-mail back stating they were sending the pictures to warehouse to see what parts I am missing. That was June **, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. I have e-mailed, but they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I just want the missing parts so I can have the chairs assembled.

Review: When the product was delivered to a warehouse that I use, the Bill of Lading and paper work that the truck driver had with him, had my completer credit card number printed on it, (not the last four digits, AND my four digit security code AND the expiration date. All items that should never be printed out on a document, that is entered only when purchasing things on line. This information was on paper work that was given to the truck driver. I had to cancel my credit card. All info put in a company web site is suppose to encrypted and secureDesired Settlement: A letter of explanation as to why they compromised the security of my credit card info and how they do business with other people.
