First thing order is late. Request refund and they don't process it. They keep my money so they can actually do the order. So I give benefit of the doubt, give them another try. I tell them if it isn't shipped by noon next day then be sure to process my refund. It's shipped in time before I cancel again. When it comes boxes aren't the best but intact. But I've got damaged product and multiple missing parts. Contact immediately, they say they will ship missing pieces first thing tomorrow. Have an account with delivery services and they see NOTHING coming to my address. Almost a week. I seriously am past fed up. They should have just given me my money back the FIRST time I asked. Never again.

Review: The company charged my credit card for $1419.95 on May **, 2014 for furniture I ordered online. On June [redacted] they sent me an email stating that the product was not available and asked if I would like to order a different product and I replied that I did not want a different product. The company did not credit the charges back to my account. so I called to request the amount be refunded. I had called the company e few times while deciding on my purchase, and noticed that the same man always answered the phone, however this same man now claims that the "Refund Department" will not be open until June [redacted], or perhaps not even until June [redacted]. I suspect this is simply a tactic to post-pone my efforts for intiating a complaint, but I feel it is in my best interest to start that process now.Desired Settlement: The company needs to refund the $1419.95 to my credit card asap as they have not been able to provide the ordered product. This is evidenced by an email form the company that they no longer carry the advertised product.

I placed the order online on May [redacted] and my credit card was charged on May [redacted]. On June [redacted] sent an email that the product was not in stock and suggested I order a different product (he included a photo of the suggested substitution), and I replied "No thank you".

I have the credit card transaction and his dated email to prove that his statement is false. It should be noted that the business makes charges for products it does not have and that a great deal of work and time (7 days) is required to obtain a credit.

He did authorize a credit for the full amount to PayPal and I am waiting for the credit to be posted to the credit card.

Jonah's website [redacted],( AKA [redacted], and [redacted]) claimed to have the furniture I ordered "In Stock" and ships in 1-2 business days. Waiting for the furniture almost 8 weeks now. I have called every 2 weeks and everytime I call It's some kind of excuse. First " it's back ordered, you should receive it in 2 weeks", then "it hasn't arrived yet", then "I'll call you and ship it as soon as it arrives, should be 2 weeks". I have asked Jonah to cancell my order and send me a full refund. It would have been good business practice to notify me at the time my order was received that it was not "IN STOCK"( I JUST LOOKED UP MY FURNITURE ON THIER WEBSITE AND IT STILL IS ADVERTISED AS BEING IN STOCK AND SHIPS IN 1-2 DAYS.) I think this constitutes dishonest practices. I hope I don't have to wait another 8 week for my refund.

Review: I ordered a high riser bed set with pop up trundle and two 7 inch thick mattresses online (on 12/*/ 2013). Order number [redacted]. When the items were delivered (on 12/*/2013) there were some defects and issues: The top unit, link spring, was bent at the rail were the brackets need to be attached. The pop up trundle doesn't work properly. The mechanism does not "snap in" to hold the unit down on one side. Though it stays down with the mattress on top of it, it comes up once the mattress is removed. This is unsafe as the mattress has to be removed for turning over, putting sheets on, cleaning under the whole unit or for moving. Additionally instead of the two 7 inch thick mattresses I received two 8 inch thick mattresses which is not what I ordered and makes the bed higher then desired. I contacted the company and was instructed to resolve it by email and attach pictures, which I did. They promised to send the driver back on Tuesday 12/** between 12 and 5 PM. Due to the weather I was told that the driver would come the next day, 12/**, for which I informed the company that I can be home between 1 and 5 PM. At 10:30 AM I received a phone call from the driver "...if he can come now?" I informed him that I had informed his supervisor of the time I will be home. He said that he is then not able to come later that day. When I contacted the company by email regarding the driver apparently not coming that day and what is going on, I never received an answer. When I asked for the mattresses to be exchanged, I was told that these were the correct mattresses and that they will not take back the mattresses, nor exchange the, nor alter them.Desired Settlement: I have already contacted my bank to retract my payment. However, this action is of course still pending or not completed. At this point I just want to cancel the whole order and have the company take the items out of my house. I have not used them at all and the mattresses are still in its original plastic packaging.

We informed the customer when she placed the order that this was a custom made size bed and that it could not be cancelled. If there is a problem with any part we will repair or replace as needed.
