The Berry Company is frauduantly charging me for a service I don't want They contacted me about a year ago to advertise with themAt the time I spoke with the gentleman, he gave me the price of the service and I told him I would have to talk to my wife about it and call me the next day for the answerHe insisted we take care of all the details cause he knew she would say "yes"He informed me that it was a recorded line but he didn't say it would only record what he wantedWhen he called the next day, I didn't answer the call and two weeks later I got a billI contacted the company and told them the conversation and they played the recording back to meI asked the lady where the part was that I said to call me the next day after I talked to my wife and she didn't know what happened to it She said that if I didn't pay the amount it would just keep going up and turn it into collectionsShe didn't even try to get the man that set it up on the phone, she just wanted moneyI have

Vivial had not meet there commitment for content writing and review. They have published articles with out review and missed deadlines. We entered into a 6 month agreement with Vivial to do keyword rich content articles. The first month they did not have the article ready Our April article was published on 5/16/17 May article was published on 5/17/17 both articles were published without a review and were incorrect. June article went well. They never published an article in July that actually came out Aug.1 followed by an article that was published on Aug. 21 and the unpublished that wasn't reviewed. I have spoke to a supervisor that became rude when I rejected his offer to sign another contract for 12 months or 6 months at a lower price.
