Tried cancelling account in early 2016. Have subsequently tried cancelling account Aug 2016, Sep 2016, Nov 2016 and again today on 1/4/17. Have e-mailed, tried everything possible to contact company. Credit card continues to be charged (including today, 1/4/17). Desired Settlement: Demanding refund for at least the last 7 months of fraudulent charges.

Review: Ordered some product and am trying to return, and cancel auto ship. There is no phone number or customer service email. It is a robot email and no one gets back to me. I have emailed 4 times.

There is only a 30 day money back time frame and there is no way to get a hold of these people.Desired Settlement: Would like to return the product, get my money back-per: the 30 day satisfaction period, and have the auto ship cancelled.

I cancelled my subscription in July, yet the company charged me again in August and September. I've sent 2 inquiries to request a refund with out reply, aside from the auto reply that the company received my email. There has been no response to my online post, either.

Review: I have repeatedly sent emails and left facebook messages about my acct. I cancelled my acct with this company about a week after I subscribed to them after I saw this was something that wasn't what I was looking for. I received an email saying my acct was cancelled but they continue to charge my credit card. I can not get anyone to call me, email me, or even respond to a facebook post. This has been going on for MONTHS!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a credit on my credit card of $208 and for them to quit charging my acct. I do not want to cancel my credit card because of one company.

Review: I ordered this product online and followed all guidelines for canceling my subscription. I received an email saying that my subscription was cancelled .Then last month they charged my account twice both for $51.00 I tried to access my account however I no longer have access because my account was cancelled . This month they charged my bank account twice but this time it it for $52.00 ,for a total of $206.00 . I am unable to reach any body from this company to resolve this issue .

Review: I cancelled the service on 2/5/2015. Since the I continue get have $10 month taken out of my checking. This is fraud! You do it everyday. Refund my money immediately! $80. I have written to you many times, with only auto respond. I have contact [redacted] about this along with [redacted] news. Review: On October 7, I ordered a product from www.jorgecruise.com. At that time, my credit card was charged and then I received an automated email indicating the product had shipped. Both notices were issued within one minute of ordering.

I never received a tracking number or any more specific delivery information. I did not receive my product. I tried to contact the company and the phone number indicates it is an online only store. I emailed the company 4 times in the last 10 days with no response. When you email the company you receive an automated response from 'billing.'

How could a legitimate company operate without any way for the customer to contact them? At this point, I am so disappointed with Jorge Cruise who presents himself publicly as someone who cares about health and well being when little care is given to the business operations.Desired Settlement: Full, speedy refund.

Review: Ive attempted twice to cancel my membership on their website, both times I received an auto response saying " your membership has been cancelled.

Still, they deducted $10 from my checking account.

I've then attempted twice by email to cancel. The last email I assured them I'd be contacting the Revdex.com if they withdrew money from my account again.

I received email responses both times saying

"We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible...."

And yet a 4th debit of $10 has been taken from my account on 8/5/15.

At the very least, I want this to stop. At best, id like a refund of the money taken from me since attempting to cancel in April 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $40 taken so far from my account for a membership I've tried to cancel.

At the very least, I want the membership cancelled and the debits to stop

Review: I signed up for a free trail of the Jorge Cruise program. I canceled prior to the end of the 30 day trial yet have been billed ever since. I want this cancelled and a refund of the charges.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount I was charged from January-May which is $50. Obviously, there are issues based on the number of other complaints I see posted.
