Review: I signed up for this weight loss program three weeks into the program in which I did not know at the time of signing up. I was unaware that the program already started until I received a email stating "WELCOME TO WEEK THREE!". I requested a refund the same day I signed up. This company refuses to give me money back. I received NOTHING for my payment. They won't answer emails, there is no valid working phone number yet the continue to try to charge my card. I canceled my CC so they could not illegally get another penny from me.

They say on their emails 100% money back guarentee within a week of signing up and I did not receive that. I want my $79.00 back. I signed up AFTER the cancellation date. Your site should not accept payments AFTER your program starts. This is YOUR ERROR HERE. You had enough time to dispute my chargeback but you can't email me back? What kind of business is this????

This is fraud and as a business owner I would NEVER treat my customers this way. I never had a one on one session with Jorge Cruise, never opened any of the emails and did not get what I paid for. If business is that bad that he needs my $79.00 that is pretty pathetic. Excellent customer service Jorge Cruise, good job preying on the obese, SHAME ON YOU!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $79.00 back to my VISA card.

Review: I signed up for a free trial of the service. The website advertizes that cancellation can take place at any time. I sent an email as instructed in their contact information to [redacted] to discontinue my membership and charge to my account on 4/13/15. The company has continued to charge me. The last time I was charged was on 5/12/15. I have requested a dispute of charges with my bank and they are in the process of researching the dispute.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the charges in May and I want them to discontinue charging my account.

However, they charged my account again this week. There is no way to contact them-no phone number. I've sent an email and left a messages. Review: I purchased a service from jorgecruise.com website. I have been unable to access my membership information. Whenever I try to go to my account I get an error message; I cannot get past the home page. I completed the site feedback form and received no response. I contacted the billing department and was told to go to my account to cancel my membership. As I stated before I cannot get past the home page. How can I cancel my membership if I can't get to my account?Desired Settlement: I want my membership refunded and after seeing the other complaints, I do not want to be billed any further.

Review: I signed up for a FREE month trial on jorgecruise.com. I cancelled my account within 2 weeks. I was still charged even though I cancelled my account. I have tried sending multiple emails, have left phone messages, I have messaged them on Facebook and have never heard from anyone regarding this. I disputed the charge with American Express and they issued a refund. I have now BEEN CHARGED AGAIN for a 2nd month. I cannot even log into my account anymore. I have disputed the charge again. I do not know how to stop these charges from occurring and cannot understand how this persona is able to get away with these business practices. I am not the only one who is having this problem. I have read several other messages from people just on his facebook page.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to be disciplined for their unethical business practices. This is so unfair for consumers. I would also like THEM to issue a refund AND acknowledge my messages/complaint etc.

Review: I singed up for a free trial membership to the company's website in January. I canceled the membership before the trial was over. I have been charged for both February and March. I have tried contacting the company several times through their email address, [redacted], and a phone number listed on the charge on my bank statement. The only response I get is an automated "We will get back to you. " Each charge was for $10 for a total of $20. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop. This card is through my bank. So, it can still be reimbursed just no longer charged.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $20, plus $5 that I had to pay to get a new credit/debt card from my bank to stop the charges from coming out of my account.

Thankfully, the company refunded the $20. However, I was not given $5 for the cost of a new debit card. Thank you so much for your help. I know it was a small amount of money to some, but it was a big hassle to have to change debit cards. I hope this company begins to pay closer attention to their customer needs. I will no longer be doing business with them.
