Consumer reporting agencies may take up to 30 days or longer to update consumer reports and this is beyond our control.   The account has been closed by our agency and returned to the original creditor. No further attempts to communicate or collect the debt, written or verbal will be made to the consumer by our agency.     The closure of the file in our office does not insure that our client will not pursue the balance in another manner. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I'm pleased to know that Joseph, Mann & Creed will no longer pursue collection against me. However, I disagree with the documents provided by JMC. The Terms and Conditions I agreed to was to pay for the cost of repairs. Nowhere in the documents provided is the actual cost of repairs for a single tire. Hertz has continually refused to provide the auto shop repair bill for $335.48 to me which my insurance requires.Thank you  very much.

Sorry I was out of the office yesterday. I am satisfied with that response, I wanted them to not make contact again and it seems that they've stated they won't. I can login to the complaint and make a formal response if you need me to in order to close the complaint. Thank you for your help!
