The customer has been waiting for 4 months. We have been working with the product manufacture on how to proceed in order to not have any more issues. We followed the process as requested by the manufacture and it failed in more ways than one. We consistently notified the customer of the process and...

where we were at. Our paint rep was in contact regularly with the customer to explain that this process may take some time. We wanted to make the situation went as smooth as possible and fix it without causing the customer any more problems. We finally got a response from the manufacture and they explained it was there fault and gave us a process to fix the floor. We than contacted the customer and notified him of this, but let him know we wanted to proceed when the weather was right and we wouldn't have any reason the floor would peel again due to the mornings still being a bit colder. He refused the date and wanted it to be sooner, and for his sake we let him know it would not be the right move. If you look over our reviews, our awards and who we are, we are about customer service and a good product. Majority of what the customer is saying is not truthful nor accurate and we have made many efforts to help as much as possible, even supplying the customer with his money back.

After taking numerous bids for our job I chose Joseph's Coat. Their price was fair and most of all I liked the personal service they offered. Everything was thoroughly explained. The crew was wonderful. Each one of them was personable, polite and professional in the way they conducted themselves and and the work they did. I was so pleased I had them back almost immediately to do another job for us. I recommend them highly!

From the initial bid to completion, they were very professional, punctual, provided quality service, and most important provided me with a masterful painted dwelling which makes my home look brand new. Joseph's Coat Painting is an terrific business intent on exceeding their customers' expectations. From start to finish, they listened to my needs and answered all questions. We had a large house and detached garage to paint, along with black wrought iron security doors and window grates.

Dave, the estimator, spent a lot of time reviewing my requirements and scope of work to be done. Throughout his walkthrough, he explained all aspects ands stages of the work to be done. He knew the answers to all my questions.

The painting crew arrived on time, on the scheduled day, and worked very hard in the 115 degree sun. They were very friendly, approachable and professional in their work. Though the timeframe to complete the work was two days, they quickly realized that it would take longer, and an additional two crew members were sent out the second day. If there were any questions about how I wanted the work done, they would ask me first before proceeding. That was very appreciated and made my satisfaction with the work done even greater.

It took a total of four days to complete, but there were no shortcuts taken in the high quality of work they did, despite the grueling sun. They cleaned up their work area at the end of every day, and left the house looking great!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the paint, the stucco repair and the way the work was accomplished. I would highly recommend Joseph's to anyone needing their house painted. You can't find a better company to work with!!

This is a wonderful company! Owner and staff were all warm, helpful and professional. Their results are top notch. They painted the entire interior of my home. The color I had initially chosen turned out to not look right on the walls, but [redacted], the owner, was just great and after discussion with lead painter [redacted], agreed to let me choose another color and repaint. From start to finish, my entire experience with JCP was great. The assessment was thorough, options were presented well, the quote was delivered quickly and the price was terrific. On the day of the job, the painters arrived on time, got to work immediately, and kept on until the job was done. The house has never looked better. I highly recommend Joseph's Coat Painting and would definitely go with them again.

Painted entire exterior of stucco house, doors and trim. Repaired and painted perimeter cinder block and wrought iron fence, and prepped and painted metal pool fence,

Two painters did the entire job – Jose and Chris. They were both personable and professional, and we enjoyed having them at our home. They answered any questions we had about the paints that were used, the work they were doing, and reasons why things were done a certain way. They were very efficient and obviously had worked together a lot – almost if they could read each other’s minds! They arrived every day at 7:00am, as promised, to begin the day, and worked very hard. They finished on schedule, but did not cut any corners to do so – they just kept working at it! Jose and Chris also proactively did a few small things that we hadn’t thought of that enhanced the job and our experience. Lastly, the owner, Brian B[redacted], stopped by to be sure we were happy with the job and progress. We are very happy with the results; so much so that when we have the interior of the house painted this fall, we will use Joseph’s Coat again, and will request Jose and Chris for that job.

The result of hiring Joseph's Coat painting, with Luis and Rob doing the actual work, is a beautiful home, obviously painted with much pride in their work, and not costing us a penny until the work was done to our satisfaction -- or in this case, exceeding any expectations that we had. Would I hire them again?

ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A SECOND'S HESITATION.

PS: We are not related. We did not know anyone at the company prior to calling for an estimate, and we received no incentive for this review. This review is based a great relationship with this company, from the top down

In short:

1. We called for a quote and a representative was here to assess the job within days of our call

2. We were given information about the company, and of their policy of no down-payment, no 'half up-front and half-when-finished,' and absolutely satisfaction guaranteed.

3. They offer a 10-year warranty on their work

4. They scheduled the work, were here when they said they would be, and they protected all parts of the house that were not being painted that particular day, They made minor repairs to the stucco and power-washed the house prior to painting.

5. There was no loud music, cigarette smoking or butts, ringing the doorbell for this or that, or anything that alerted us that there were painters working on our house. They started early in the morning and finished their day with no fanfare.

6. They brought their own food and beverages and did not take excessively long breaks - even to eat - even though it was in the high 90s/low 100s when they were outside.

7. Brian, the owner of the company, was communicative throughout the job, even texting to ask if they were "treating us right."

8. They returned to touch up a few places that we noticed weren't "perfect," no questions asked.

9. What they charged us was very competitive with other painting companies, and included a longer warranty and extraordinary payment policy.

If this honest review is not good enough for you, at the very least, to contact them for an estimate, I cannot imagine what your expectations must be. It was refreshing to have a crew on site that was both honest and talented. CALL THEM.

Joseph's Coat recently did some work for my restaurant. They covered up graffiti that was tagged on an external wall. They were professional, finished in a timely manner, and did great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I contracted Joseph’s Coat Painting to paint the exterior of my house after getting 6 different painting company quotes. Joseph’s Coat Painting won my business over the competitors because they gave me a detailed quote, had excellent scheduling and customer service, made follow up calls after supplying me with the quote to follow up on any questions I might have had. But at the end of the day they had my Business when they said “we want to win your business, what can we do?” Not one of the other companies had called me back after supplying the quote.

They came out completed the exterior paint of my 2 story home in 2 days. The 2 gentlemen that painted my home were pleasant and nice to work with. After the job was done and the paint had cured, there were a few areas to touch up as they explained would happen and they came out and touched up without any hassle.

My house looks awesome.
