J-M will not return calls We bought a package to go to Branson and see Sampson No luck No contract number We paid $for nights, days and show tickets for Sampson No response from J-M

We were contacted by Christian Travel and purchased a 3-night stay at Branson [redacted] condo in Branson, MO, which included two tickets to [redacted] Theatre and two tickets to [redacted] Theatre for the price of $ This was purchased in May, We advised that we wanted to use this in the early Fall On July 18, 2016, I started contacting [redacted] at Christian Travel to arrange a trip the last week in September She stated she was no longer working with Branson [redacted] but would reserve us a place at either [redacted] or [redacted] Cabins After checking the websites, we chose [redacted] Cabins After numerous contacts (along with many unanswered calls), [redacted] stated that our reservation was pending with [redacted] Cabins and should be finalized within two daysShe said she had to make the reservation through [redacted] Travel I called this business and they said they do not work with Christian TravelIn the meantime, Christian Travel processed another charge of $o

We did not receive the products that were promised to us Our charge card was charged without our authorization I want to share some problems that we are having with Journeys and More, Branson, Missouri They have also went by the name Christian Travel We purchased packages from Journeys and More for $each which included nights in Branson, no sales presentation, and tickets to see the Haygoods We gave one of the packages to our son and family who used it July 21- Journeys and More at first promised him $because they said they didn't have any tickets for the Haygoods Our son made several phone calls to them while he was visiting, and they said they would call him back They never did I "talked" with them on Facebook, and they said they would call me about 11:the next morning I never received a phone call I questioned them again on Facebook, and all my posts were deleted I did screenshot all my posts except for the last one for proof

This company filled a charge three different times on my credit card When I called the CC company, they removed two of them I tried calling several times to set up my vacation through them in accordance with their letter and the phone number recording says "not set up to receive calls" and contact information (address on the envelope) seem to be a vacant house These people need to go to JAIL as this FRAUD

I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but my husband and I had a fantastic weekend with no issuesTickets were as ordered.The only thing we didnt enjoy was the hotel breakfast! Customer service answered our calls promptely before our tripWe will use them again

I have booked several trips with Journeys and More/Christian TravelThey have changed the outfront time for planning from weeks, then days now days I wanted to take a trip in April, so I began calling in DecemberI have yet to be able to get in touch with them All the phone numbers when I call them, give me the hours and ask to leave a message I have left messages but no one has called me back I have paid for two trips already I bought one for $in June of that I wanted to use in OctoberThat's when they told me I had to give them days notice, so I couldn't go I received an email from them (Jan2, 2017) telling me I could book as many trips as I wanted to for $ I booked two, paying through PayPal $ I used one in April to go to Branson The second I have not yet used, because I can't reach them

In May of we purchased a day/night stay in Branson, Mo from a *** *** representing Christian Travel also referred to as Christian Travel Branson Tickets & MoreWe began calling in August to make our reservations and have encountered numerous problemsMessages have been left on her answering machine but she has not returned our callsShe did answer a call around the 15th of August when we called from a different phoneWe tried to check on dates for reservations, but she put us on hold and hung upAnother couple who purchased the same package and having the same issues managed to block their phone number and got her to answerThey quizzed her as to the cabins we would be usingI decided to call those cabins directly, The *** ** *** ***, and found she has booked an day stay in my nameI have not been able to cancel this because they say I have to go through Christian TravelChristian Travel, of course, is not taking my calls

Terrible! I had such a bad experience that I asked them to NEVER contact me again.Then they think they are being cute sending valued customer email
After numerous requests to stop contacting me after I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with her company she sends me "special offers" for being a "valued customer" Because of my experience with her I will never book a vacation through any telemarketer Stop calling me ! Please be advised, don't get fooled by Christian TravelThey will charge your credit card and then never make good on the gifts they promiseI have traveled to Branson through this agency before and *** is the owner or manager of said companyApparently the business is under new managementThis company changed all the contact numbers and without notifying innocent consumers that had previously purchased vacation packages So all I have is this "vacation welcome letter" detailing my purchase in August As aforestated, thankfully I had vacationed with Christian Travel once before and still had *** cell number (as I had a few problems setting up our last vacation as well)She, ***, stated that I would need to call another number to set up travel datesThe outgoing message indicated to email the dates of travel and someone would send me a confirmation email within hoursWell that confirmation email never cameHence, the calls to *** weekly to set up our travel datesHowever, we never received anything in writing as to where to check in and when we were scheduled to tourWe considered this odd as reputable time share agencies normally confirm trips in writingAfter several failed attempts to reach this agency and by email and phone, ( And *** stopped answering her phone) we could only determine that this was a rip offI contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the charges and also filed a complaint with the Missouri state Attorney General's office

How can this company have a B rating when yo don't get what you pay for or even a call back

charging an extra $fee for rescheduling a vacation that we've already paid for, and given hour notice to reschedule
We've had to reschedule our branson vacation twice due to unexpected and reasons including my husband becoming ill, and having surgeryDuring that time I was not thinking about the branson vacation, as my mind was on trying to get my husband well againThey acted like they did not want to reschedule during that timeSo we rescheduled for March 2-5, Well I just found out that I have to replace a coworker this weekend that just found out she has breast cancerThey want to charge me $fee extra to reschedule after giving them a hours noticeThis is unacceptableI request a refund and they said they cannot refund but we can rescheduleNo where on there guideline does it mention paying an extra $fee to reschedule, not does it state they cannot refund

My friend and I went thru Journey's and More for a day night stay in Branson, MO For $we received the hotel stay, a $visa gift card and a $Restaurant.com card We did receive all of that after a very high pressure sales pitch from Festiva Resorts/Timeshare presentation for 2+ hours My friend was brought to tears and after asking them multiple times to "wrap up" our private presentation Our salesperson started w/one price, lowered it twice and then went to get a supervisor who then lowered it a third time When they finally took NO for answer, we were ushered out, and given the cards The Visa card was fine, but the Restaurant.com card took us hrs to activate, only to find out it was only food at places in Branson and places in our home town We attempted to use it in Branson only to be told we needed an actual certificate off the website in order to use it And then, it was only good for $at a time This is a huge scam and quite honestly, I have thrown it away My experience w/Journeys and More and Festiva was horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone

We bought a package in April from Chris after a lengthy discussion of our vacation habits of not just taking a 3-night vacation but rather a weekHe put us down for a bedroom condoI have tried to book dates since then in April this year (2016) to stay over part of the weekend of ThanksgivingWhen I finally did get a call back, she said she would look into it and give me a call backI never heard backWe booked a cabin another way and have attempted to call them since then as well I was told by a company, "Free Nights" on the phone 12/3/that Branson Christian Travel/Cheap Branson Fun was out of business and they had taken overI told him they have called me recently with a "call before pm today and you get *blah blah blah*" so I thought they still wereI did not buy the "new" package from this other company "taking over" for themWhen I called the number for Christian Travel given to me in the past and used to contact them in the spring, 417-332-5880, it says it is Journeys and More now but the same voice on the machineI emailed Christian Travel at [email protected] as well today and will see if I get a responseI have attempted to have my charges reversed on my card as well due to lack of service, but that was refused as they said the cash advance was valid (it was a credit card charge, I thought)

Christian Travel has failed to schedule our vacation package as stipulated in the contract
