No contract number We paid $for nights, days and show tickets for Sampson No response from J-M

Bought pkg thru journeys and more *** ** Purchase was for pkgwhich includes nights stay a dollar gift card and four show tickets All the same for all pkgthey have moved our location place three times Third time did not call and let us know so the made a reservation in a codo for all people to stayWhich is fine BUT they said they would not get the dollar gift card or the show tickets which they paid forNor have to go to a presentation Only one couple would get the presentation and ticketsThe other person and other couple paid for exact same package but they took the other items awayThis is not right they should get what they paid for Now they will have to pay more money for tickets do you have a solutionI have called journeys times yesterday Friday and I have lost count of how many times I have called todayThey close at 3:on saturdaysLAst call at till I let them know I would be contracting you if they did not callThanks

I am filling a complaint against journeys and more for fraud they took money out my account which they stated they would refund and did not
