Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Good Afternoon,Please see the two attachments See below for more detailAttachment One is the shipping information:- Contains the two shipping labels that were attached the boxes the product came in- Contains two packing lists that were inside each box**There is NO mention of cost**Attachment Two is my Bank account Information:- Contains a copy of my banks statement that shows the four withdrawals from my account You will also see the phone number of the companyIt is very clear that the company is stalling in their response by saying they cannot find the account You can clearly see that they shipped product as well as charged us They made sure that important information is hidden so catch consumers off guard This should be illegal Terms and conditions should NOT have to searched for when money is involved This company did NOT send a confirmation email After I paid for the sample, the website told me that my transaction was successful, but nothing was sent to me They have my email address, so if they said they sent something, please have them show you their sent file Thank you

To Whom It May Concern, We can not find the customer's orders with their name or email addressCan they provide an order ID or show a copy of their confirmation receipt? What does it say on their billing statement? Kind Regards

[redacted] , This is in response to complaint ID [redacted] We did not receive any online notice and letters went to a vendor of ours and we did not get them until just nowA few of the feedback points to respond to the customer's concernsThe business is located in Maryland and the fulfillment center where products get sent out is in Santa AnaNothing deceptive about thatSecondly, due to the customer's concerns, there was never a $charge placed on the accountThirdly, we have refunded the $charge for the last shipment based on the return of the productAn order confirmation is sent out for each initial order that is placedThis provides the phone number to call and there is enough information to send an email inquiry backLastly, the terms and conditions outline all procedures that a customer must follow to cancel their product or stop billingThere are no customer comments until after the second charge, which was on May 4th, Please update the complaint with this response and update our ratings for Joven Skin Care.Kind Regards,Joven Skin Care Support Team
