Joven....there product name is Sevan skin careThey had all my information..including the credit card number that they used to there benefit, so I feel this is just another way they have set the business to scam peopleThe customer service representative I spoke to tried to offer me 30% money back...so it would seem to me I was talking to the right people if they have that kind of authorityThese people need to be stopped and I will continue to do everything I can to bring these phonies out to the public, to stop other people from being scamedThe day supply they say they sent in place of the day I requested was in a bigher bottle with a smaller cannister inside which was still a day supply, again cheating the publicThe address on my invoice which was 3xinches was the address to Joven CoThis company needs to be brought to justice.Thank you, *** *** complaint ID ***, and have dproposed action would not resolve my complaint. Good Afternoon,Please see the two attachments See below for more detailAttachment One is the shipping information:- Contains the two shipping labels that were attached the boxes the product came in- Contains two packing lists that were inside each box**There is NO mention of cost**Attachment Two is my Bank account Information:- Contains a copy of my banks statement that shows the four withdrawals from my account You will also see the phone number of the companyIt is very clear that the company is stalling in their response by saying they cannot find the account You can clearly see that they shipped product as well as charged us They made sure that important information is hidden so catch consumers off guard This should be illegal Terms and conditions should NOT have to searched for when money is involved This company did NOT send a confirmation email After I paid for the sample, the website told me that my transaction was successful, but nothing was sent to me They have my email address, so if they said they sent something, please have them show you their sent file Thank you
