Good Morning,We have assisted the customer in every way possible but we do not service printers and that is the problem she is having

Hello,I'm not sure what the customer is talking about the defective computer she was sending back to us for replacement got back to us yesterday and now it is the middle of being replacedThere was never any confusion or *** bringing it somewhere elseComputer is here and is being replaced and
they will receive email updates when *** picks up the replacement

Customer contacted us about the problem on 4/6 not 3/19.At this time even both dates would be way out of warranty over month.If the unit is out of warranty there is nothing we can do.

Joy System does not handle any money here, the customer has bought the computer from [redacted] and paid [redacted]. They are the only people who can refund it as they paid them not us. We have stated this to the customer a number of times and also suggested we can do replacement.

Case has been resolved and customer will be getting refund.Please close case.
